I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!

I love these scales. The app set up is fairly easy and the app is good too. At the time of initial set up, the Bluetooth connectivity could be a bit of a hit and miss, but once the set up is complete, it works just fine. The display is big and easy to read, though to be honest, I do not even look at it that much, as I rely on viewing and analysing my data using the RENPHO app. I must admit I do not use these scales very often; for a quick just weight check I use my old digital ones, results of which mach the RENPHO scales. Since RENPHO scales measure a number of body metrics I use them periodically to check my progress over a period of time, as I have specific body metrics goals set; eg hydration and muscle mass. These scales take all the measurements as advertised. The weight measurement is accurate. The rest is impossible to evaluate without a comparison to another scales that measures the same things, and that one knows is 100 pct accurate. I don't believe that the 100 pct accuracy, when you weigh yourself for the first time, is that important, what matters is the progress and any changes to the starting data. The app, which automatically records all weigh-ins, also has a COMPARISON option tab which compares the most current results with previous ones, and tells exactly how the weight and body composition have changed between the weigh-ins. I like it, as I find it simple and easy to read and understand. In addition to its primary function, I think these scales are also a great motivational tool, and as such, they are good value for money.

These scales give a lot of information, especially for the price. However, I’m not sure how accurate the body measurements are. They are +2lbs out compared to my professional scales so not the end of the world but not true accuracy either. They are consistent with their readings though. Also, these say I have very high muscle mass which I don’t! This makes me skeptical about the accuracy of the other stats. The number readout is very large, even bigger than the pics suggest, which is nice. Also, the build quality seems fairly sturdy and they look really nice. Overall I’m happy with them for the price but if you need more accurate info you’d be better off going with the more expensive ones.

These work so well. Connectivity with app is 100% almost instantaneous. Had beurer before and was always on off. Rehnpho app is good, data clear and insights obvious. Using every day and its very stable. Always get same result from repeat weighs (not true of old beurer one). We road tested a few amd settled on this one. Had several months now. Best thing, give you a simple up down arrow on the display (which is ovetall great) so you can see quickly how compare to last time.

RENPHO scales and their app have been my go-to for 4 years. Never have any issues with functionality and battery life is superb. The glass is sturdy and the scale feels very solid. It’s easy to use, turns on quickly and almost instantaneously connects to the app so there is hardly even a pause to wait before stepping on for your reading.

The stats are presented clearly and concisely, making it easy to understand your progress and track your fitness journey. I Would recommend if you're looking to start tracking these things and don't want to spend hundreds on a smart scale. The cost of these scales are good.

I like the products. The scales are accurate and good value. I have have used this scale for a number of years. It is reliable and accurate. I also use their travel scale. I recently had an issue with the App. The customer service was extremely responsive and helped me to resolve the issue. They also follow-up with me. I strongly recommend this brand.

Constistent in the whey it shows. Seems accurate. Doesn’t need much sun to recharge. However, the fat/muscle/tissue measurements are bs. It is so off. During the last 6 months I have gone from 25-30% body fat to about 12%. The scale says 21-22%, it has been saying the same % since I bought it even though I made a total body transformation in the meantime.
