I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). I have only taken these on a full stomach but each time, I feel nauseous about 30 minutes later.

I ordered this supplement from Nature's Lab because Resveratrol is supposed to be good for your heart, and also because I trust the quality of their products from past experience with Nature's Lab. But you should know that in addition to 250 mg of Resveratrol, each capsule contains 50 mg of red wine extract, 50 mg of grape seed extract, and 50 mg of green tea extract. Keep that in mind if you are already taking some of these supplements.

As much as I love foods that contain resveratrol, it's not always practical for me to consume as many of them as I'd like in order to help maintain good health. These capsules go a long way at making that a much easier method to do so. Easy to swallow and I've had no irritations whatsoever from them. They are a good size and not what one would consider to be a horse pill. Just right for most users.From what I can tell, they are nice and clean and do what they are supposed to do. Made in the USA and seem to be exactly what my body wants to help keep it in optimum condition.

At the suggested one capsule per day, this works out to 28 cents per day, which seems typical for supplements, although you can get more resveratol in 500 mg or 1450 mg capsules for less cost per milligram (more expensive per capsule but more of the stuff). I’m not qualified to judge whether resveratol works or what the correct dosage would be, but there’s some research supporting it. It’s worth a try, as I have not heard of any downside to it. Nor can I say, after taking it, that it has worked for me, since the supposed benefits are long-term, not about how one feels on a daily basis. These are standard capsules, about 23 mm long and are easy to swallow.

I don't always eat the healthiest but I do try to make sure I get my fair share of antioxidants. I've been a vegetarian for almost forty years and still don't consume the recommend amounts for fruits and vegetables. I'm so delighted that I can still get all the healthy benefits of these foods in a simple easy to swallow capsule. I've recently added these resveritol ingredients to my daily supplement regimen as insurance as I age through my sixties. Certainly not as delicious as the real food, but they are a reasonable price for a quality product.

This is one of those supplements it is almost impossible to see/feel if they are really working. I can say I like the listed ingredients, the price is comparative for what you are getting. They do not cause me any stomach upsets and are easy to swallow, so therefore I will continue to take these and reorder as needed.
