This was used for a commercial application and it's holding up really well.

Love the chute but wish it came with a "sleeve" to hide the cutaway.
The trash chute auto-cover works beautifully. I had assumed it came with a "sleeve" that would cover the rough edges of the cutaway and ensure fewer misses as the trash traveled to the bin below. Many chutes include a sleeve and I would certainly give this a 5 star if they provided one.

Quality and cost which equals the value of the product
I love my small cozy kitchen with the narrow small garbage cabinet. The idea is to have as little trash as possible in the kitchen. That way the trash is removed more frequently. This product fits the space perfect

Works good
It works good but a little off with the weight so it doesn’t sit completely level

It came dented
Opened it up, and it came as the picture shows, I don't have time to send it back and wait for a new one so I guess I'm stuck with it. If by chance this made right without being without I'll change my rating, other than the dents I can see working great, not sure about strength as you can see. Smooth spinning though.
