Authentic TWG product
It has the same taste as the one brought from the TWG store. Just remember to make it as recommended: 95°C hot water (do not use boiling water), infuse for 2-3 minutes and then remove the tea bag, you will get the exact same taste as the one in TWG Store.

It was okay
I first bought this brand when I was at the Singapore airport. I had the 1837 Black Tea as recommended. When I ran out of tea, good thing I found it available here on Amazon. And thought to try the Royal Darjeeling. However, it’s not as fragrant as 1837 Black Tea. It was okay, but didn’t enjoy as much as the 1837 Black Tea.

It's good... It's known for being good...saying otherwise will get you murdered here I'm sure. That said, for a decent price you can get loose leaf imported from boutique tea shops which is as good or better.

Taste is probably good but the packaging feel kind of cheap. The price is not really that cheap. It is like bag with thread? It feels cheap for me.
