I got a new Mr Coffee as a house warming gift and had to replace it within two years. And it had the same malfunction as the one before it. So naturally I stepped away from Mr Coffee. This is an amazing pot! Ironically the thing I love about it is the thing my husband hates, the coffee is HOT. A fresh pot is about 160°f and gets warmer as it sits. I love it hot but he doesn't like having to wait. It's fast, about 15 minutes for a full pot of "strong" brew & 10 for a regular. There's a programble timer and auto shut off after 2 hours. It's been 2 years and it's running just like it did from the start. Very happy!

This is a nice coffee maker and I still have it at 4 years later and I use it probably 4 days out of the week and it’s still going. It’s worth the money.

I recently purchased this product new here on Amazon. I was trying to make 8 cups of coffee and it would only produce 4 cups! No matter how many cups of water I put in, it would only make half of the water. I wanted to return it, but I had thrown the box outside in the rain before I started to use the coffee maker so I could not use the wet box to return it. I tried to explore the internet looking for anyone who faced the same problem with a brand new coffee maker and didn’t really find any solution. So! Either buy another brand OR open this thing up and see if I can fix it. I turned the unit upside down and removed the 4 Philip screws. I looked inside and saw 2 plastic tubes. One where the water comes in and one where it leaves to the coffee. I noticed that the entry hose had 2 pieces in it. I removed the hose. One of the pieces is a valve that appeared to be working but there was also a round black piece also in the hose. I removed the round black piece and it had a hole in the middle but when the piece was made the hole wasn’t completely made. So..I just removed the black plastic that was blocking the hole so that the water could completely go through it. I put everything back together and Voila! It made 12 cups of coffee right off the bat. All it was, was something that cost a penny or less to make and the machine that put the hole into the plastic did not cut the hole completely out.Hope this helps anyone who may run into the same problem.

My wife and I are coffee-holics. We go through a full pot every morning. The best coffee you can buy won't be that good in a bad coffee maker. This one from Leehoo makes a perfect pot, every morning. The brewing time is exactly right and the spread of the heated water over the grounds is excellent. We get every bit of flavor out of every pot. Some coffee makers leave a lot of coffee in the brewing basket. This one gets it all. The warming plate is also perfect. Some coffee makers tend to overheat, giving the coffee a kind of 'scorched' taste. This one is exactly the right temperature, keeping the coffee nice and hot, without overheating. The programming feature is as good as any I've ever used. The internal clock keeps perfect time, no having to reset the clock frequently as with some other coffee makers. Overall, this Leehoo coffee maker is a great appliance at a great price. Five stars.

This coffee pot delivers expected results. Good capacity for an extremely small footprint. Refill of the tank is an easy pour. It comes with a mesh filter, but I prefer to use my own paper filters (better filtering and easier cleanup). Program function works well and is fairly intuitive. Only negative thing I'll say is that it seems to brew a little slower than other coffee pots I have used before - but this isn't a big deal at all unless you are trying to mass-produce coffee (in which case you should get another coffee pot). I would say it takes a good 10-15 min to make a full pot. Overall - pleased with my purchase and it fits in the narrow space I need it to.

I read the reviews on this coffee maker before I bought it and the reviews do not match up the the actual product. There is NO separate water container, you fill it from the carafe at the top. The machine itself is cheap plastic. There is literally nothing special about it and if you fail to lock down the top before you start to brew, it is a HUGE MESS. Coffee grinds go everywhere, water goes everywhere, the auto stop drip doesn't work. It is a royal pain in the you know what. This coffee maker is a rip off. It is worth about $15 IMO. I ended up throwing it away as my husband cannot seem to remember to lock down the darn top and it's not worth an argument with the hubby. Good riddance and good bye to my hard earned dollar. DO NOT purchase this coffee maker.

We love this coffeemaker so far. We’ve been using for about a month now and haven’t had any issues. Really appreciate the size and the look of the unit — goes very well with stainless appliances. We appreciate that the pot does not dribble when pouring coffee as ALL of our previous Mr Coffee machines have done. Clean up is easy. We still use a paper filter with the basket even though I suppose you wouldn’t have to if that was your preference. Fits well under the cabinet and does not take up much counter space. I would recommend this coffeemaker.

I returned this coffee maker because the item was defective. I used it about four times and then the fourth time around it made a loud noise and it backed up and failed to make the coffee as is shown in the pictures. The few times I used it, it was slower than my old coffee maker but the coffee was good. I liked the brew strength button. My account states that a refund was issued but it doesn't reflect a refund. And I am still being charged for the item. I also no longer have the option to contact the seller directly. It is very difficult to find help to the solve issue. I am VERY UPSET and DO NOT RECOMMEND the item nor the seller! Seller as stated on my invoice is NBDC US and the coffee maker is the Coffee Leehoo Drip Coffee Maker 2 - 12 Cup Programmable Machine with Glass Carafe and Auto Shutoff.The above was my original post....I had originally gave a one star because my account didn't reflect the refund but then I found out that the seller issued a gift card in the refund amount so the seller did make it right.
