Packaging is safe and nice with measuring cup provided on top. Quantity is also good. I have already consumed some, so the bottle looks a little empty, but it was full when I had received.Taste is not too bitter so developing a habit is easy. There have been no side effects so far. Good ayurvedic product for physical well being and it is preservatives free!
