Q: The picture shows these batteries comming with a ni-cd/ni-mh charger. do they actually come with a lithium ion charger?

The charger works perfect with the batteries. The batteries fit the Black and Decker tool like a glove.

Q: Bullet point says "3.0ah battery and 4.0ah battery will sent randomly" - huh? could i get sent a 3.0ah battery by mistake when i want 4.0ah ones?

The 3.0 ah battery was the old model and most likely stock has been depleted by now. My box said 3.0 ah but the actual batteries were 4.0 ah. In the unlikely event that you receive 3.0 ah, you could simply return within 30 days and then re-order. By the way, I don't think the ratings on any of these Firestorm generic replacement batteries are very accurate. These perform much better than other 4.0 ah batteries that I've used. That's also why I wouldn't spend any more to buy 6.0 ah batteries, because I wouldn't trust the rating. These provide a very long run time, to the point that some people have complained that their tools burn out. B&D never intended the blower to run continuously for 15-20 minutes, which the original batteries could never do.

Yes, indicators are there. These are amazing batteries...100% better than the old 18v ni cads.
