Perfect for me needs, comfortable, good relief
I've had pretty bad arthritis in my knee for quite a few years now, and this is the best icer I've had yet. The design and gel (or whatever's inside) allow for wrapping it right away out of the freezer (it's a bit for the first few minutes, but still wearable. It fits nicely comfortable on my knee without shifting when I have my leg up. I especially like the bit that wraps to the side of my knee as I do get swelling on one side. I can tighten the straps and wear it into the kitchen for something small like grabbing a cup off coffee, rather than taking it off, and having to wrap it round my knee again. I do find that I need 2 thin layers of towel/stocking/whatever-cloth between the ice and my skin when first out of the freezer -- the cover on the inside is very thin, and the neoprene on the outside keep the cold in. It works great for 20 minutes on/40 minutes off (most of that in the freezer) all day long. The straps are nicely designed that I can wrap the neoprene to the outside of the entire thin part, wrap a kitchen towel around it, and bring it with me somewhere -- until I put it on my warm knee, it stays good and cold for a few hours. When on my knee, I only use 2 of the gel containers, and the third one, I wrap in a thin kitchen towel and use it for my neck.I have even used in on my back and hip with all three packs, thickened with the 2rd icy pack at the small of my back, the thinner icy strap to across the side of my hip, neoprene to the inside, and a strap extender I made from the sleeve of an old sweater. I've found that very comfortable on my arthritic back and hip -- more so than other ice packs, including others from this maker.

Quality Ice Wrap. Very please when it arrived!
I looked at numerous ice pack wraps, for my very swollen knee, as I need relief while waiting for knee replacement surgery. I was concerned that it would be too tight, not large enough, or would not be flexible. I have an 18" swollen circumference knee. This easily wrapped around my entire knee, with some room to spare, and fit very well. Love that there is an ice pack that covers the back of the knee, as I have alot of pain there also. Easy to use, was pliable when frozen and stayed cold longer than any ice pack I have used before. I could walk around the house with it on, as it stayed in place. The knee does not bend as freely with wrap secured snugly, and gives the knee support, which is exactly what I wanted it for. I dont think I would go running or exercise with it on, if I could do that I dont think I would need the ice pack!

nice product
It seems fine. works well. comfortable. Not sure why they included 2 small ice packs when only 1 fits and only 1 large ice pack. If they included 2 of each you could have the second set cold for use in a couple of hours for severe pain. Instead of waiting 4 to 6 hours for the ice pack to chill all the way again. Other than that it is good.

Very good product, but could be better
I bought the Revix Ice Pack for Knee Injury/Surgery to help with my recovery after a total knee replacement. It arrived before my surgery date so I tested it out and found it to be extremely easy to use and really a wonderful product. I was able to ice my knee thoroughly, front and back, without any issues. Could stay seated during the therapy or walk around attending to chores, whatever suited me!After surgery, I was worried the wrap would not fit around my swollen knee, but it did, even fully loaded with all 3 reusable ice packs. FYI: I am 5'6" tall, average build, weighing 134 lbs.I do have one criticism, which is why I gave the wrap 4 stars instead of 5 -- it does not stay cold for more than 15 minutes. Even so, I am very pleased with my purchase and I think anyone suffering from knee pain will find this a beneficial addition to their pain-management protocol.

Excellent Product
After knee surgery and trying many icing options this Rivix ice pack blew everything out of the water. It gets so cold and the design allows you to completely wrap the knee and it touches all 360 degrees. If you’re thinking about purchasing this please stop wasting your time and just buy it. They have so many great products.

Ease of use
I tried a couple of different style of these post knee surgery. This one was the easiest to use and was comfortable to wear. It was days post op before I could actually wrap it around my knee given the incision site soreness, but once I could I was able to wear it while upright and walking. The wrap didn't catch on the crutches and wasn't so bulky that I couldn't walk normally. Well, as normal as you can after leg surgery. The ice pack was flexible enough to conform to the knee and stayed cold long enough for icing therapy. Another style wrap's Gell packs stayed cold longer, but their wrap was way too bulky to walk with so this style won in the long run.

Knee brace
Good quality! Fits perfect! It doesn't stay on too good while walking, but overall a good product

Best ice pack.
Update: after two months the Velcro on the straps is wearing out a lot quicker than I expected. Now I have to attach them higher or lower than the normal spots because they don’t stay attached. Changed review to 3 stars.I love this ice wrap. I sustained a fairly serious knee injury and needed ice packs fast. The ones in the stores are overpriced or nowhere to be found these days. I ordered two of the regular revix knee packs and decided to try this wrap. All came the following afternoon so props to Amazon for speed when you really need it. So far it’s the best one. The compression really chills the injury, helps with swelling and seems to stay colder longer. Wish I would have gotten two of these. Great product and makes icing injuries so much easier.

Está bien, pero a mí no me cubre toda la rodilla.Esto es importante tenerlo en cuenta.

Excellent
I’ve tried a few different types of “ice packs with straps” in the past (for carpel tunnel) and those were not that cold because the fabric was so thick. I got this because of a hematoma just above my kneecap and I needed something with compression as well as reaching above the knee. The inner fabric is thin enough for the ice pack to properly deliver cold to the body. The whole exterior is a really high quality fabric and this thing stays in place and does not slide. You can get really good compression with it. Sometimes you’re taking a gamble not knowing what to expect, so the quality of this is very impressive. I’d recommend it for any knee use, including for post sports. It’s comfy enough you can walk or sit with it and not mind it being there.

Fits beautifully around my knee replacement.
The only negative is that the ice packs do not stay cold for as long as I would like them to. It fits well, can be adjusted and is great for short-term icing.I had a knee replacement and would prefer the ice pack stayed cool for about an hour.

Well used
Had a knee replacement - got a lot of use, frustrating that seller will not sell extra ice packs! Told me to buy the whole thing again. Waste of money on my part and terrible for the environment to demand purchasing a useless extra piece. The “stay cold time” was much shorter than some of the reviewers mentioned. I would say 1/2 hr at a time.

Great fitting, easy to use wrap
Had knee surgery, and had to keep icing for several days afterward. The sleeves allow for other ice packs to be used, so you're not limited to just the Revix ones that come with it. And even when someone gave me a gift of a rather cumbersome ice pack that didn't fit inside, the empty sleeve was great for snugging this odd pack into place.
