Convenient, easy to swallow, contains the vitamins and minerals I need to take.

Check the ingredients and how often each day you must consume for the recommended daily dose. This one fits my "convenience schedule," as it requires me to take only one. Also it has the nutrients my doctor specifically recommend. This is the only brand meeting both requirements. Easy to swallow too.

My husband seems to tolerate these really well. The only thing is when the humidity is high they tend to get stuck together so I've had to put them in the fridge. I trust these vitamins. My hubby has more energy which is a delight to see. I will continue to get these for my husband.

I have kidney problem and so close to dialysis or kidney transplant. There are no medicine for kidney, the more medicine you take, the worst kidney you’ll get. I’ve to stop all my HBP medicine and my knee pain med. stop eating salty food, no potatoes no tomatoes no green vegetables. My kidney getting a little better, and I’m save from dialysis. However I ask my doctor whether there have any supplement to help with my kidney. She suggested this supplement. I’ve tried it for three months and went back for my test. I’m so happy that my kidney eGFR is going up almost 10 points. This test was after Thanksgiving feast. I’m so happy and will continue taking it. Good one.
