Simple yet affective air admittance valve. Did exactly what it is supposed to do

Easy to install
Very easy to install and it is an improvement from what we had before. However, there are times it works amazingly great and there are times where the water will not go down the drain. You have to "pump" the water over the drain to create the pressure it requires to open up. Once it opens, it works great.
