Very sturdy, still using after years

I take my BPA free water jugs to a local water store where the owners will rinse out your water jugs for you before you fill them up with their filter water. What I really appreciate it was one of the owners helping me with my jugs and noting how impressed she was with the material of the jugs. Mind you this is a person that does this a lot for a lot of people all day long as her job because she helps operate this business and this extra service they do for their customers. I just wanted to know that for this product because I thought that was special. I would not have realized how special these jugs were had a professional not brought it to my attention. I do appreciate the BPA free material because that is why I purchased them. Worth every penny. Five stars

May 2025 bottles are sturdy ,well made and thick . Should last a long time !

I have purchased 8 of the New Wave Enviro Products BPA Free Tritan™ Bottle, 5-Gallon and the last two cracked under normal use.I contacted New Wave Enviro's "customer service" line to see if I could get a replacement for the one I purchased less than 3 months ago, and received this response:"New Wave is a wholesale company that sells to retailers only so when an item is purchased it is priced and shipped out by them and not us. We are not affiliated with their store or sales systems in any way. If a store sells a product that is unsatisfactory, they assume all responsibility to replace or refund the item if it is within their return window. If the product is past their return window or they are not accepting the item back because of no receipt, New Wave Enviro also abides by these stores’ regulations. You will need to contact the retailer for any refunds or exchanges."The customer support link on Amazon goes to New Wave Enviro. On follow up to get further clarification on who the actual seller is and received this response:"Amazon would be the retailer. They purchase our products at cost and sell them on their site to individual customers and are the ones keeping the payments with their mark up and shipping out the items out. Once Amazon places an order for our products and we ship them out we are no longer affiliated in their processes."Clearly, this is a problem with the quality of the product but New Wave Enviro doesn't see it that way. I will no longer purchase any products from this company.

Perfect, just what I wanted.

Great for extra water to have on hand without buying bottled water. Use for camping / glamping. Use with a portable ice maker for added convenience. Battery powered pump with hose attachment makes for a reliable water source when needed. Camping. pets. household applications & others.

Living in a hurricane prone area it's good to have a supply of drinking water stored.This jug is designed so that an older lady, such as myself, can manage to pick it up and move it when it's full.I also bought the automatic dispenser top sold separately so it's easy to dispense water when needed.I highly recommend these water jugs for everyone, you never know when a storm will hit and this will save you from the long lines of people buying water to stock up for the storm.Be prepared and have your supply stored.They are BPA free, sturdy, and hold 5 gallons of clean drinking water. They are easy to store in a garage, basement, or a closet.I have peace of mind knowing I'm prepared when they predict the next storm.
