Fantastic
Excellent book- great resource developed by Kevin Carr & MK Feit. This books compliments any of the Functional Training Books by Mike Boyle as one can see how the exercises translate to functional sports performance. Really enjoy the “functional focus” aspect to all exercises- can see how exercises directly transfer to sporting movements.
