Q: Product delivered but no handle in the box can it be sent separately?

I had that problem and had to send the pan back, felt a new one.

Q: can the lids be used in the overn?

No, neither pan nor lid. I know the advert doesn’t say but looking at mine (granite saucepan) it would not survive the oven. Stove top only
