Quality control is awful. In July 2023, I ordered an Almost Heaven Sauna with a Harvia KIP-80W with digital wall control. The shipment arrived without a parts kit, a LED power supply, a vent hole cover, a vertical support and a missing bucket and ladle. I'm still waiting for Almost Heaven Saunas to get the missing pieces to me.

Directions are incomplete but its easy to assemble; however, the Harvia heater is defective.After waiting 2+ months for delivery and it's defective?Give me a break!

I will start by saying this is my SECOND Almost Heaven Sauna..! I purchased my first one about 9-10 years ago...There was NOTHING wrong with it,just wanted a larger sized one.My old one was outside on a covered porch,and treated with clear-coat to bring out the beautiful Red Cedar appx. every 3 years.In fact I sent photo of it to sales rep at Almost Heaven when I ordered my new one and he couldnt believe it was that old.Their customer service is top notch when dealing with my first purchase,called a few times for help with assembly,and also needed a new switch for the heater,which was sent out in 2 days.My new one just arrived this week and we plan on putting together this weekend,its about a 3-4 hr job and very easy.My only recommendation is get the 6x8' if you want to actually lie down fully in it...my first one was the 6x6',and I didnt do my homework back then,just figuring I'm 5'10"..I'll fit...but when you figure in the overhang on front and back to get the 6ft total,its not 6ft inside..so 2 of us could lie with knees up only....it is a 4 person Sauna,but thats tight....so the 6x6 would say is more for 2 people....The new 6x8 will allow you to really stretch out....if you just want to "sit"..then go for the small one...You will love it....even after 9-10 years it still had the beautiful smell of the Red Cedar,and it warms you right to your bones....And last ... my OLD one was sold in 2 days for almost what we paid for it...so,if taken care of,it truly is an Investment...(Photos are of my old one)

We like Our almost heaven sauna and use daily in wintertime. Problem is all the heat is up top and floor is COLD! Looking for fan or something to circulate heat. Standing on bench is GREAT but Id like to sit🙃 Fan ideas?

Purchased the Barrell unit thru Costco and installed it on an outside deck. The heater, the "top rated" Harvia KIP80B has all of the control knobs at the bottom of the unit. That means that I have to get down on my hands and knees in order to simply turn the thing on. I have a broken hip and this was going to be a large part of my physical therapy. It is unusable to me. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that the controls are a problem, but they've gotten rid of those heaters and now sell ones with top mounted, digital controls. They, bless their hearts, were willing to sell me the new one for $1,000.00. When I told them that the one I have is brand new (less than 2 months old), they were unmoved. Apparently since it was purchased through Costco they feel that they don't have to provide any customer service. They suggester I get a claw grabber and see if I can move the knobs with it.I wasted $5k on a Barrell paperweight. Thanks for nothing.

It went together easily and after 1 year is still tight as a drum. It’s used every day.

Love my Princeton sauna! assembly was simple and fun, it handles Michigan winters with no issues, and the rustic red cedar looks incredible in our backyard. We use it 3x weekly and I've noticed a substantial increase in my quality of sleep as well as general well-being throughout the day. Customer service is superb as well! My family loves this sauna, even though it was one person sauna I fit my 3 kids including me. As you can see on the pictures, with a little bit of creativity I added some pine cones for a little bit of scent, door locks on both sides of the door, a speaker connected to my TV, therapy color lighting, privacy film on the glass/door. I have been using this sauna for 2 years.I recommend this sauna for everyone.
