Sturdy
This phone is built like a brick bar-b-cue pit. Had my old phone for 15 years so it took a little getting used to. I just use the phone for calling and texting. A feature I have on this one that my old phone didn't have makes texting easier and faster. The switch on the side surrounded in yellow pushes in when I pick up the phone and tries to activate the Wi Fi. That is irritating, but only a little. The screen is sharp and I have caller id now. Overall, I'm happy with this phone.

Horrible phone
Horrible phone. You have to by a sim card. Doesn't work without one. I would send it back but you only have 30 days. Pass on this phone!

Battery life
Almost have to charge the battery everyday. Very disappointed in this phone. Was recommended by the Sprint store as the best flip phone. Disagree with that. Would not buy again!!!

Did not like the fact it did not have a sim card in the unit. Pros very fast delivery pructuct as described.

not worth it
did not work correctly. could not get the phone to stop 'chirping' and impossible to get support to resolve. phone carrier could not help. needed sonim and unable to reach

So far so good. Has a loud enough speaker that my very hard of hearing husband can hear

Cannot be activated
Per Sprint, T Mobile, and AT&T this phone can no longer be activated.
