A Delightful Addition to My Kitchen: Ebelskiver Maker Review
I recently purchased the Ebelskiver Maker - Electric Non-stick Baker, and I have been absolutely thrilled with this kitchen appliance. This Ebelskiver maker has made preparing these delightful Danish pancake balls a breeze, and it has quickly become a favorite in my kitchen. The non-stick surface of the baker is exceptional, ensuring that each Ebelskiver turns out perfectly golden brown and evenly cooked. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use and how quickly it heats up. The compact design doesn't take up much counter space, and the electric operation eliminates the need for stovetop cooking, which can sometimes be a bit tricky. What I love most about this Ebelskiver maker is its versatility. While it's perfect for making traditional Ebelskiver pancakes, I've also experimented with various fillings like chocolate chips, fruits, and even savory options. The results have always been fantastic, and it's a fantastic way to get creative in the kitchen. In summary, the Ebelskiver Maker - Electric Non-stick Baker has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen arsenal. It's easy to use, cooks Ebelskiver pancakes to perfection, and offers endless possibilities for experimenting with different fillings. If you're a fan of these Danish treats or just looking for a fun and versatile kitchen gadget, I highly recommend giving this Ebelskiver maker a try!

Better than expected!
My husband’s family is Danish and makes aebleskiver every year at Christmas using his grandmother’s 125 year old cast iron pans. I contemplated getting my own cast iron pans, but didn’t want them scratching my cooktop. I tried an electric cake pop pan years ago, but that was a total failure. With great trepidation, I decided to try again this year and found these electric pans on Amazon. They work great!! I was a little surprised there isn’t a temperature control, but found the aebleskiver cooked just fine. Each batch came out great - even the first batch didn’t stick like with cast iron. Best part, I purchased two and we put them on the table, so everyone could help out. The cook is no longer isolated and sweating over the stove. Great group activity!!

Best of the BEST!
I purchased this for my mom on Mother’s Day and she absolutely loved how it cooked evenly and did not stick to the surface! She didn’t even have to use any non-stick products!HIGHLY RECOMMEND for value of money, heating and performance!

Easy cleanup!
So very nice to use due to easy cleanup! Gave it a 4-star rating because there's only one heat setting.

Æbleskiver pan is wonderful!
I received one of these several years ago as a gift since my old cast iron doesn't work on glass stovetops. I loved it so much I bought another so I can make more of these perfect little Danish delights faster when guests come! Make sure to let it get hot before adding batter and it will not disappoint once you have the turning technique mastered. Cooks the æbleskiver through without burning the outsides. So yummy!

Easy to use and pretty even heating -
I had a cast iron pan previously and lent it to one of my kids - and guess what - they still have it!I decided this one might be fine and a little easier to use in that it is electric and the heat distribution might even. Well it is kind of ! I found that the outer holes seem to be hotter on the side the element is on so turning them a slight bit more often worked okay. Then center hole takes longer to cook so I compensated by always filling that one first, and then the outside ring second. It takes longer to cook the Ebelskivers all the way through but because it does not heat real hot they don't burn at least!

Works fine if you have lots of time
I wanted to love it - wanted to say this is the best thing since sliced bread, but it wasn’t. It works as it should/as described; it heats up and cooks ebelskivers. I got this (vs. a pan) because we only have a wimpy electric cooktop stove, and thought this might provide more reliable temp control. Now I understand one person’s answer when asked about its wattage (“not enough!”). It takes FOREVER to even get to the point of being able to turn them over. It’s not going to go like the YouTube videos you’d find on “how to make ebelskivers” for sure. To give you the idea: I actually pulled up a chair while they’re cooking, and I wrote 2 product reviews on Amazon while I was waiting. Still waiting after the review got published. Truth.
