Faulty produced received, Display not working.Display not on, and no any buttons are working..

After five times of repair, working is good. The service is good, but the service person is not fully trained by UTL. When installing PCU The first fault is the battery voltage returning to the solar panel at night. The complaint was raised, and the service person came and informed me that usually the battery voltage will show. When I told him that the return voltage to the solar panel may be destroyed, he checked the office, and he brought after two days the used mppt pcb and replaced it with a factory pcb, but it did not resolve the problem, and immediately he said it may be a main board problem. I asked to keep the factory mppt PCB, which he replaced earlier. He replaced original one then problem solved may be some wire loose connection. Second problem Battey voltage and display voltage are getting different complaints raised; they brought the calibration PCB and resolved it.The third problem was a battery low voltage disconnect set at 10.5 volts, but it is disconnected at 11 volts. A complaint was raised, and they checked and informed the main board to be changed, then they ordered. After one week, they brought one main board and replaced the factory pcb, but the problem was not solved. And a new problem has come: PCU is on and off when solar is present in the morning and absent in the evening. Also, when solar is present throughout the day, lights flicker. I made a complaint, and I want to replace my original one, which was taken from PCU. Then they came and fixed the original main board problem. For low voltage, set disconnect grid charging mode only; it will disconnect at 10.5. If set solar charging mode only, it will disconnect at 11 volts. This is taking 2 months to solve all the problems. Now working without problem

Can use solar generated electricity live during the day. so no grid supply needed if panels are generating enough power and also it charges the battery at the same time4. many features like dg mode for charging via petrol generator and battery boost for quick charge.Cons:1. Switchover to battery is not quick as my previous microtek inverter. TV gets shut down due to this delay even with stabilizer2. Switchover time gets reduced if I enable the IT Mode but this should have been the case without the IT mode3. Sometimes it keeps on shifting in between grid and battery repeatedly without any issue, happens atleast 2 to 3 times in a month, gets solved after shutdown and on sometimes4. Sometimes whengrid electricity comes, there is a sudden sound( not regular beep) like someone banging the metal door. Don't know why, but works normal afterwards5. It has 2 fans, which makes very noise, can hear from even 10 to 15ft away.don't ignore this, because the fan keeps on running almost all the time. if your inverter is not in isolated place, could become very annoying6. On off buttons are very small, many times miss the clicks while operatingif i am buying again, i would rather avoid this and buy one more battery and go for smarten 2.5k solar inverter
