Rack Bed - Some obstacles but 4 year old daughter loves it!
To start off this bed comes in 3 packages. 2 of the packages came but the third was not delivered due to it being addressed incorrectly at the warehouse. With that being said Amazon created another order.............the only problem with this is they had to complete a re-order! So in addion to the 2 packages I already had I recieved 3 more ........... the 2 duplicates I have to return, which I have not done yet. But will soon because if they are not recieved by a certatin date my card with get another duplicate charge. Ok so the bed took my husband about 10 hours to put together (there were some breaks in between). The directions are not that user friendly which caused us to have to re-read several times to ensure we were putting the parts together correctly. One of the pieces (41 or 44)............that is cut out and goes up beside the ladder did not have the slot cut out correctly..........it was too small to fit over the other piece that it gets screwed into. My husband had to use his tools to cut it out larger so that it would fit together. You have 2 options for the bed depending which side you want the ladder to go up, which is great...............But all of the holes are pre drilled for either option so the ones you don't use are visiable........they do send you white stickers to cover the holes BUT........... they do not stick vey well. I am looking into other options to cover the holes. With alll that said once the bed was together my 4 year olds daughters words were "I love It, it was just what I wanted!!" That made all the struggles with getting it and putting it together worth it! It is a very nice bed for the money ............. strudy enough for my myself (125 lbs) and my daughter (40 lbs) to lay in it together. You don't have to put the cubes or dresser under if you don't want which is a nice option if your child wants a littler fort under. We wound up putting the cubes under and leaveing the dresser out so that she could do just that!

Good bargain
It took forever to put this thing together, but I'm happy with it once we had it right. If you have a hard floor I would suggest investing in a rug to go underneath because these pieces slide all over the place. The frame appears to fit an XL twin sized mattress because I bought a standard size one and there are several inches gap between the footboard and the mattress. I don't care for the stairs as they seem to not be completely stationary there's some "play" in them. They haven't broken in the year that we've had it, but they wiggle a little when they are stepped on. The wood is not high quality real wood (I mean at this price what do you expect), but I haven't had any issues with it breaking or anything like that. I bought this for young children who don't know how to care for things properly yet, so essentially it's a throw away piece. I love the fact that the pieces are modular so you can keep some shelves under the platform and move some away. You can use the empty space under the bed for storage and spread the drawers and shelves to other parts of the room.

very happy
terrific product for the price. I have had 3 kids I know that even raising respectful conscientious kids still means the furniture will get wear and tear. I read another review that said the unit wasn't stead and that is just crazy. If you put it together as instructed there is no way that could be. It is solid and sturdy. Assembly was not hard but did take me a good 6-7 hrs as I was working by myself and had to keep stopping and coming back later. My daughter loves it. It is tons of storage and we set it up to have a little fort area underneath with one unit off to the side. the under units can be arranged in lots of ways. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars (and it may not be fair) it that it is a basic kind of piece. Not fancy, but very clean. Not any real wood, but the price is excellent. Because it is all compressed board the edges are not rounded and could be quite sharp if struck. All in all we are thrilled with this very sturdy, clean and practical unit.

Good bed that went together well
Good bed that went together well. We took a few nights to put everything together. The pieces went together well with only one section that didn't line up perfectly. The finished product does look attractive, but it may not hold up well if your children are hard on furniture. The one thing I really did not care for were the stickers to cover the screw holes in a few places. I would have much preferred some sort of plug as the stickers are very unattractive. The drawers slide easily and the cubbies are deep. We are satisfied with this purchase.

Cherry Loft bed
This bed is just what I expected, great for my 2 year old and good for saving space in her room. She likes being able to climb in and the storage cubbies. It was well packaged, no damage to any of the pieces. It was fairly easy to assemble as all of the pieces were clearly labeled. It took my husband a little over 3 hours (with only minimal assistance) to get the whole thing done. Hopefully it holds up to a toddlers rambunctiousness. For the price, I would certainly recommend this bed.

It's not too wobbly but I did over tighten a couple of the cam locks and the particle board (think college dorm IKEA furniture)
Can't beat it for the price. Particle board furniture is what it is. I read some other reviews about the "wobbles". It's not too wobbly but I did over tighten a couple of the cam locks and the particle board (think college dorm IKEA furniture) does come apart pretty easily.Took me a few hours to assemble the loft bed and then I did the storage units over the next few days. The storage units are entirely optional.
