Q: Deflating option is not working. What can i do?

Mine did not come with the right piece but used a reusable straw

Q: Is the "Lets Pawty" reusable? (Is there a way to deflate and save them?)

After you are finished using the LETS PAWTY at your dog's birthday, you need to poke a tube into the valve until air leaking out and then slightly press the balloons to deflate. After deflating, the balloons can be used for next time. We have a picture describes how to inflate and deflate in the product page, you also can see it.
