I don't know why the other reviews say it doesn't work. Maybe they're not replacing the batteries or taking it out of promo mode. My only dislike is that it plays the same song over and over. Would have been nice to have a couple phrases and a song or something. My 5 year old loves it.

This was a gift for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves anything Trolls and even dresses up in a Poppy costume while she plays with Poppy and Branch. She wanted Diamond for Christmas. Delivery and packing was great. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my 8 year old son for Christmas.When he first opened it,it played the whole song but shortly after it just stopped playing the whole song for no reason at all.

I got this for $8.99 which was a steal. I am overall happy with my purchase. However, when I recieved it the toy's batteries were already dead to the point the toy wouldn't sing any part of the song past the first 3 words which is why I am only giving it a 4 star rating.

Was a christmas gift for my daughter who is trolls obsessed. At first, it didn’t work - but after replacing the batteries it worked perfectly. However, a day after, it seems to work whenever it feels like it. Sometimes it works great, sometimes it shuts off after 2 seconds of playing the song. At $14.99 (the price I bought it) I’m not too upset over it. However, it would be nice if it worked 100% of the time, as my 3 (almost 4) year old does get frustrated with it. When it works its super cute. When it doesn’t - well, its pretty annoying.

My daughter absolutely loves it she plays it so much this is the best toy she loves
