MioLiquid Yoga Space Spray 130ml | Vegan Cruelty-free Plant-based 100 Percent Natural fragrance

I bought this because it was recommended on my PBC hypnobirthing course. Sprayed it on our bed on few weeks before due date in hope that I would associate the scent with calm.I never used it in labour room as I didn’t have my bags with me as midwives thought they’d be sending me home based on how I sounded on the phone but I gave birth quickly.Love the spray and have bought as gift for pregnant friends.Also just a lovely calming room spray when not expecting!

Bought this after it was mentioned on the positive birth company online digital course. The smell is indeed divine and very relaxing. The one disappointment is that the smell doesn’t linger very long when you spray it on your pillow etc. I do love the scent though and use it every night before bedtime. I will be packing it in my hospital bag for the big day!

Theeeeee most amazing scent. I got it for my labour / birth as I had done hypnobirthing and having a scent in the room / on a muslin really helps in relaxation. Anyway despite having had my baby I am going to continue to use this as it’s gorgeous - I would describe it as a minty lavender smell. Quite a big bottle too so not quite as expensive as it could’ve been.

Like everyone else, I bought this after doing the positive birth company hypnobirthing course. I don’t know if they have some kind of advertising deal going on with Mio but I have to be honest, when you are in the process of birthing a tiny human and in the worst pain you’ve ever experienced in your life, you are going to want an epidural, not a room spray.

I've bought this to help me relax and I thought it was a little pricey but then when it arrived I realised its because its a huge bottle and will certainly last me ages! The scent is gorgeous and I immediately associate it with massages, herbal and aromatic but fresh.

Havjbg lived lavender water spray for soothing my face thought I'd try this. It caused so much itchiness I had to wash it off ironically use the lavender water I already had and avoid make up for the day as my skin was so sensitised. Could be just it didn't agree with me so bare in mind all skin takes to products differently.

If you’re looking for some water that was transported in a truck near some essential oils, this spray is for you! For me, I’ll pass. Very, very light scent... and I say that being pregnant with a hyper-intense sense of smell right now. My husband jokes that everything from the neighbor’s dyer sheets to the one spray of cologne he sprayed hours ago is “overwhelming” and “way too intense!” for me right now. But this spray has almost no scent to it. I would spray it directly on my pillow and within 60 seconds, nothing. The scent itself is nice and not synthetic, but it’s just so faint, it’s not worth even $1 in my opinion.
