A must have green routine
Quality seems high, taste is great (if you like the earthy taste) but for me it’s great.Forget the 21 billion mixed super greens as you not getting a good amount of product for your buck. This stuff is healthy and minimal which is what nature intended. One of my daily’s and will be for the future

Tastes like health
I bought these supergreens to add into my daily smoothies. Definitely has a "healthy" taste and discolours but would still recommend. Felt much better since adding this in.

Decent quality, great in a smoothie, tastes vile alone.
I'm always looking for ways to boost my wellbeing and, after a bit of a stress detox regime, last month, I wanted to build some extra health boosters into my diet. I've seen a lot of people on social media using green powders, so I thought I'd give one a try. I didn't want to spend loads, but was hoping for something that balanced a low price with good quality: I've had Seven Hills products before, and found them to be good.I knew this wasn't going to taste delicious, so, for starters, rather than have it with water, I thought I'd try it with some oat milk and other flavourings - matcha tumeric latte style, adding some maple syrup to offset any bitterness. The verdict is 'sweeter but still bitter', pretty disgusting and I'm unnecessarily upping my sugar intake here. The resulting concoction is drinkable, but probably the worst 'interesting latte' I've tried (and I've had lattes with chaga mushroom, dragonfruit, cocoa and ashwagandha, and blue spirulina, as well as one of those revoluting unicorn frappucinos which I picked up some years ago in Starbucks in the US). I think my next attempt at getting this down might be mixing it with a small amount of hot water, honey and lemon juice, as a kind of 'slammer' (worth a shot, right...!?).Update: I quite like it with lemon, but the ultimate has been buying a supermarket own brand smoothie and mixing a big scoop with 2-3 fingers of that. Not the cheapest way to do it but a big smoothie costing c. £2 lasts a week putting in it.I feel like my digestion has been way better since I started using this powder in the mornings. I take it either before or after my morning coffee. 😊

Give it a go 😊
Only been using a few weeks so can’t really put any benefits yet except my finger nails seem to be growing and that’s one thing ive never had strong nails 😊 I mix in a morning with orange juice , ginger shot , coconut water & a teaspoon of powder tastes fine hopefully the longer I take I will find more benefits 😊
