Edit computer is junk, no customer service. Not worth 700 bucks. Run Away!!!Now the rig is going to fail soon. Not a peep from seller. Makes it difficult to contact.This is a mid tier system. And as such it, performs wonderfully. The desktop is active in under ten seconds. It effortlessly plays most any game I have tried with it. Breathedge was the only game that forced it to stutter at all. I find it responsive and capable. Easily a great beginning game rig. There are not many downsides evident as of yet. The mouse & keyboard lights are more annoying than I thought. It completely slipped by me that this system also does not include an optical drive...If only for watching dvd's? But that's on me. Easily the most robust machine I have owned. The tech support was helpful and kind, about letting me know I can't change the lights. In the future consider making it addressable, like make them turn off, or stay one color. Or something. A warning would be nice. I'd rather have an optical drive than a bunch of silly worthless lights that I just turn off. But, I'm old.Edit I got the mouse lights to stop by using the front right thumb(low). I think it cycles thru the settings, the lights are off. Good mouse. Still miss a dvd drive, i mean c'mon amirite?

I actually will say that i was not in the market looking for a "gaming" computer, more so just an everyday computer. But as i was shopping around, i found that this computer had met all of my criteria for a computer i needed and it was such a value purchase on top of it all! The package came quickly to Hawaii and it was protected well. The computer is very big in size so just make sure you have space for it. The lights in the computer are able to change colors as well and it is kind of soothing. It comes with a remote so that you can turn it on/off and also change the colors on the computer if you want. The customer service from Cyberpower PC is 10/10. The keyboard that came with my purchase was defective so i sent an email to their customer service. Within an hour, someone replied and said they would be sending me a new replacement keyboard. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a computer.

Three times in the first week the PC locked up and showed lines across the monitors with a loud BUZZ. The picture came back, but it was frozen - no keyboard or mouse working. Then it did it a fourth time, and would not boot. I contacted support and they had me reseat the memory. I wrote them back immediately, and the next day they said reseat the video card. I wrote that it did not work on the same day, and had to ask two days later for info.They decided to ship it back (I called after being told for three days they would get back to me - the tech had not checked the box for shipping to reach me despite 3 email conversations saying he did). I packed it up, and they sent me the ship tag for UPS....ground. I shipped it Wednesday afternoon at the UPS store, and it arrived Thursday of the next week - 8 days later. I know it is there as they wrote me, and now I need to write for updates rather than get any automatically.The keyboard died after two weeks, and they shipped me a new one.I liked the idea of the PC, the look of the PC, but I need it to actually work. So I was without the machine for 1 week while tech support wrote try this, try that. I am without it another week with UPS ground shipping, and now am likely without it for 2 more weeks while they get to it and ship it back.1 week of use and 4 weeks of nothing.......I would not recommend the gamble.

I bought to play newer games on. My old computer couldn't play Civ6. It was easy to set up, and Civ6 downloaded smoothly from Steam. I have been playing for a few days, and the computer works well. The Civ6 benchmark test said it was running at 9 point something, which is equivalent to about 100 FPS. Its fast enough to do what I want it to, and it runs well. I'm glad I bought it.

I bought this PC because it was very cheap on Prime Day, and I have loved it! It works well for running games that are less graphics-intensive. Sometimes there are a few lag spikes, but that is okay for me. I use two screens and it works perfectly. I am planning on upgrading the graphics card so that I can play some heavier games. There is plenty of space inside of the case for upgrades, too. I have already put in another 1 TB drive and there is still room for more. Overall, this is a great PC for lightweight gaming.

The media could not be loaded. The pc won’t connect to monitor, it finally did connect but for like a minute then in the monitor it piped up saying there was a problem with the pc for it to connect then restarted then the monitor just goes to sleep mode because it’s not connection . And one of the fans wasn’t spinning I moved it and it started spinning then makes this annoying sound now the whole time it is spinning. I didn’t pay 60 extra dollars to get my product and nothing is not working

I needed a computer that could keep up with me but not break the bank. I record and edit video's for YouTube, play GW2, ARK and several other games and handle daily life all on my computer. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and would buy it again as a gift for someone in the same boat as me. It arrived fast and very carefully packaged. The box was slightly damaged but the foam bricks and wrapping kept the tower perfectly safe inside. The computer was incredibly easy to put together and set up, the keyboard and mouse are perfect for my style of use. The WIFI adapter sent along with the computer works perfectly to catch signal from our modem which is upstairs and across the house from my studio room. I've had no issues bouncing from Ark to GW2 and back again while running Discord and even jumping on several search windows for research while playing. It really is the best choice I could have made. I highly recommend it. The remote control lighting is a great touch and so fun to play with. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase.
