Works as expected mostly
This is the not the first time I have ordered and use this manakin. However you have to be careful to protect the skin from staining, and the teeth alarm is very sensitive. And i wish replacement parts were easier to order.

It is an ok option with some drawbacks
Got this for my paramedic students to get intubation reps and practice. No mannequin in the world is like doing the real thing, but muscle memory helps a lot. This mannequin is very shallow and anterior compared to a high quality mannequin or the real thing. I find that size 3 blades, both Mac and Miller, are just a bit too long. There provided ET is not great in any way and have found a #6 tube to be a good size. LMA’s, iGels or other supraglottic airways will not fit. It serves a purpose and met my budget but it is has some drawbacks.

Works well for cpr instruction but need #6 ETT for intubation
The mannequin is sturdy however after several attempts of unsuccessful intubation I realized the #7 ETT that comes with it is to large. It kept saying it wasn’t in the right position and I know how to intubate. So I got a #6 ETT and it worked out fine.
