Q: how many times can it be regenerated?

I regenerate 5 times before tossing it. Honestly it might be able to do more, but that's the concensus I found when researching it, and it works well for me. Just make sure when regenerating that it's fully cleaned. If it's not back to it's eggshell color after bleaching, hit it again. If you use it after only partially recharging, it won't recharge past that point again.

Q: I have 1.3 lbs of purigen how do i divide it between my 125g 55 g and a 20 g ?

You can’t overdose purigen. More is always better just divide it up in any way you want and put in fine mesh bag near water flow

Q: Can Purigen be run through a reactor rather than a bag?

The granular size of the media is quite small. If your reactor can accommodate media that small it should work fine.

Q: Can someone suggest a media bag for the 1 liter bottle?

The ONLY bag to use for purigen is "the bag" by Seachem. The same company that makes purigen itself. That may sound like just a marketing tool, but trust me it's a mess otherwise. The reason is that the holes in other filter bags are too big and lets the purigen escape. Also the the bag by seachem is designed to withstand the rigors of the regeneration process used with purigen. It's a great product, your water will look, and be, great.
