1. The design is different from product displayed.2. In the display to adjust the board angle a hand tightening lever is given. Whereas in real a nut and bolt is given along with one spanner.There is no locking of this bolt on its head side to able to tighten the nut with one spanner. So, we need two spanners to tighten the bolt which is too difficult. As a result the adjustment of the board angle is so difficult that you need a mechanic.3. As a result of the bolt and nut design we can’t adjust the horizontal position of the board. My board after fixing is tilted to one side and it cannot be corrected.4. A big metal tubular tube was fixed behind the boards unlike the catalog design making the board super heavy and making it imbalance on the stand.5. The telescopic design of the stand is very poor. There is so much of play and and there is no debarring or alignment.6. Overall it’s a badly manufactured product not worth 8,500/-7. He is refusing to refund the money despite of the fact its the most useless product. Don’t touch it.13th June 2022This product is a piece of ….. The most crucial thing while playing on Return Board is the adjustment of the angle of the board. Each degree makes a lot of difference in the returns and we need to adjust every time based on our stroke. But this is made in such a crude manner with conventional nut and bolt that it is impossible to make fine adjustment. As a result it is almost impossible to play on this. Never ever buy it.
