Great customer service! The ink works great. I had a problem with one cartridge, and they replaced it quickly. Print quality is great.

I have used compatible ink cartridges before but this is the first time I got these. The first few prints were okay but it still did not print colors well. After that, whenever I tried to print, the printer would print some text here, some there but most of the page would be blank.These cartridges are a waste of money.

When I first ordered these cartridges it said compatible with my printer. When they arrived they did not work. I called the support line and spoke with their people. When the issue could not be resolved over the phone they sent out another set of cartridges (which come in 2 days) and they work perfectly. Would deal with again

Compatible with HP inkjet multifunction printer

I was very dubious about making this purchase, relying on reviews.I bought the ink for a printer that I don't use that often and did not want to spend the MEGA BUCKS that the HP inks cost. I have been using this printer, and this ink, to print out dozens of 6 x 4" index cards with color pictures on them, for a catalog that I am keeping. I am very pleased with the resulting quality using this ink.I am glad for the purchase and will make it again for the other HP Printer that I use daily.

I won't buy HP ink again.Very pleased with quality of product, secure packaging and functionality.I'll buy from this vendor again. :)

I'm editing my review from 1 star to 3 stars based on customer service provide by Smart Ink. They initiated a refund request on their own, after my return window had long since closed. It was very unexpected and has prompted me to edit my original review. My advice is that, IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS PRODUCT, TEST IT IMMEDIATELY UPON PURCHASE. IF YOUR FIRMWARE IS UP TO DATE, IT MAY NOT WORK. I believe you need to turn off your automatic firmware updates in the settings menu on your machine. From what I have read online, these cartridges were compatible with my machine at some point, but a firmware update has made them incompatible. I tried rolling it back to prove that this was the case, but was not successful. If my machine had not automatically updated, it may have never been an issue. I believe it is safe to simply turn updates off and to say "No" when prompted.The following was my original unedited review:THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. The chip is incompatible with the HP printer sensor. The printer will not allow it. I have tried rolling back firmware without success. I restored factory settings and found the driver for 8715. However when I run the EXE file it prompts me to select my printer on the "Welcome to the HP Printer Update" screen, I am unable to select my printer. The box is not able to be checked. When you click on it, nothing happens. I am unable to find any workaround. The ink cartridges I bought are now totally useless and the return window has long since passed. I just hope this review will be read so that nobody else makes the same mistake that I did. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
