I have eczema not real bad but I have found that icing is the best way to I soothe my hand. It's only my left hand and this product seems to fit the bill I like the little insert that it comes with it you can put your fingers in with the mitt or I've been just using it sometimes by itself cuz it's a little less bulky . The mit stays very cold in fact I usually have to leave it out for a bit so it doesn't feel so stiff and it's easier to put my hand in there. I would recommend this

Not overly impressed with the glove. When placed in the freezer, it gets too stiff to insert your hand, then drips water while warming to room temperature. Works better when placed in the refrigerator, but doesn't stay cold for very long.

I like this glove better than I thought I would and initially thought that using it in cooling mode would be my preference but it turns out that the heat feels better. The glove is roomy enough for most hands and felt really great once I got it heated to where I wanted it. The owner of the company was also kind enough to send me some detailed info on heating it. It feels really good on tired hands after a long day.

I love this glove. It is flexible and has a finger insert which is very helpful as well. I highly recommend this product! Read the instructions on the glove because it does tell you to make sure you put on a light glove or piece of cloth before putting it in glove.

I have dyshidrotic eczema and using this cold is amazing for flare up relief. I like that the entire “mitten” is ice pack gel on both sides. It gets and stays very cold so I wear thin cotton gloves underneath. I like the smaller one too (use a glove with that too). You only get one mitten + small pack per order (it’s not a pair) so I ordered two and just came back for two more so I’m never without a pack ready to go.

I like this glove as a heated glove the best. I don’t have to store 2 gloves when I only need one. Instructions are printed on the glove and easy to follow. It’s a very comfortable glove as the gel is evenly distributed throughout. I have used it for 2 months, almost everyday, before I do my therapy exercises or when I wake up and my hand feels like a rock. I recommend this product.
