More research is needed for many areas of health, but what research there is supports a small to moderate improvement in the symptoms of depression and anxiety, and pain and function in osteoarthritis. A reduction in LDL-cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure is possible, but the research is less consistent and more is needed.

I love this turmeric. Once it fell on my granite and the colour won't go away until I used vinegar. It shows the authenticity of the product. I first got a broken item which amazon asked me to throw and delivered second one within 2 days and I m happy I bought this.

Lives up to the promises made. Superb quality, taste and color. You can feel the difference between a normal off the shelf turemeric vs this. And in all likelihood you may not use any other turmeric after this. I use it for making turmeric milk and has done wonders for me personally.

By far the best haldi you can ever use in the market. Slightly expensive but you know the quality when you open the seal. Highly recommended for kids in their milk too

It has a variety of uses. I use it for spot treatment and in making Indian immunity drinks( the one with pepper and turmeric). When used on the face, it leaves a dark yellow pigment which confirms its purity.it works great for spot treatment with either honey or coconut milk.No need to use large quantities, little quantity comes a long way.So, the bottle lasts at least 8 months but depends on the use.
