This book is OK
This book is probably decent, I didn't really give it a chance. The overall condition of the book and the print quality were superb, but I started reading the introduction into how to actually start to coding in Python and I just found it abit weird...

Reallly? coding shouldn't be as much fun as this ...
LOL funny, no fat and nothing wasted. So up to to the wire you don't need to keep munging through internet tutorials and watch your life dribble away before your eyes... The humour is top notch, the explanations short and always succinct.Exercises pitched just at the right level for a 'false' 'ahem' beginner. But the real killer is that the reinforcement exercises are wonderrfully paced and graded. The author's blood is definitely worth bottling. An attempt at Ruby would be a marvellous addition if the author feels up to the task !

Good book but paperback should be available in colour
I have found this to be a useful book however I saw that the kindle version (which I probably should have used to copy and paste code) was in colour. It would have been useful if the paperback was colour also as would make much more palatable.

Brilliant book on Python
This is probably *the* one to buy for Python. Content is superbly engaging with the best explanations of the concepts I have found on these topics. A fantastic reference and an entertaining read.
