Good but some issue
Product is good . Very slim . But its hanging problem

Very no and bad customer support
1. The configuration I bought looked good when I procured. But the system is very slow and hangs even when I use simple applications and drawing tools like Sketch book.2. The response from Lenovo support team is also very poor. You can never reach the over phone.. They respond only to mails at their convenience.3. With in few days after I bought they recommend memory upgrade. Never explains why.4. When l visited their service center they are not ever bothered to check the system. Just told me to leave the laptop after taking back up and it could take 3 to 4 days to let us know what needs to be done.5. No service person ever visits you, though the warranty terms talk about on site warranty.In all not worth a buy. I am disappointed and discourage you to chose Lenovo.

For expensive products online not recommended
A laptop was delivered with defective battery and software issues, after struggling with Amazon finally they agreed for replacement. Please note policy is different for electronic goods returns are not that easy. It’s been very hard time during replacement process could be possible only if you are ideal at home.Better go for direct purchase while buying expensive products instead of onlineNot satisfied with the replacement product also fed up of imagining the coordination processLaptop takes too much time for starting and keeps loading, working very slow can’t rely for any official related work

The media could not be loaded. I am not sure is it because of the product or because of seller my laptop works super slow where as I have just bought and followed the instructions to turn it on and update some software afterwords its started lagging and working as if some old processor

Laptop is very slow.
The Lenovo Laptop is very slow. Windows 10 was preloaded when I bought it on 7th Sep.20. Google chrome is not responding many times. Please get it checked .
