Grout-Aide 5036 05036, White Grout & Tile Marker, (2 Pack), 9.8ml

I'm using these grout markers on my shower floor tile and it doesn't work great as far as the substance actually coming out of the end. Tedious work to do a small area because you're mainly fighting to get the liquid to come out. The tip is also too wide to get in between thinner lines so I'm having to skip those.I'll finish what I started because it looks a lot cleaner but I'm going to find a different type of marker next time.

Helps brighten grout but doesn’t remove all stains or discolored grout. Does takes time to paint along the grout lines and some work is needed to dispense the product on the grout. Careful - discolored grout may mean water is leaking behind the grout. This product will wash off if scrubbed.

The grout paint markers were easy to use. We had tried everything on our tile floor in the laundry and bathrooms with minimal result. We tried the markers and our floors look like new! For a cost far less than the grout cleaning products we have tried and been disappointed in. We used the white, our tile is white and the result was better than we expected. Love this product!

The applicator does not function properly. I realized this after I had already applied to a section of my bathroom floor and the fluid stopped coming out, even though there was still more than half the product left in the container! I tried the second Marker and again, the product stopped flowing even sooner than with the first Marker.As I couldn't leave the floor as it was and was positive there was still product in the container, I actually sawed the top off, poured the "paint" into a paper cup and used a paint brush to use what was remaining. Course, a good portion of the product spilled onto my basement floor during the sawing procedure. The good news is that it did in fact clean up. Bad news is that some of it was wasted and by the time I finished, I had white stuff all over my fingers. Aside: The second container did not spill when I sawed off its' top, as I knew what to expect.And "no", I am not new to performing home improvements. Quite the opposite. I have installed a ceramic tile floor with grout single-handedly and it came out fantastic. I have patched walls, repaired corner beads, installed & stained quarter round, etc. The applicator simply STINKS!My bathroom floor is approx 4 x 6. After Amazon replaced the first package due to the above (because I thought the product was defective), the floor still isn't completely covered. The packaging says it is supposed to cover 175 l.f. Not even close!!! This is after using the replacement product (that's 3 1/2 Markers - I say 3 1/2 because of the mishap with the first one where some product spilled onto the floor).I will now have to purchase another 2-pack to finish the job because as I said above, floor isn't complete and I can't leave it the way it is. NOT HAPPY!!As for whether the product truly works, I cannot say yet. Another reviewer said it equated to using Wite-out and that after a month or so, the product faded away and left their floor looking as stained as before. As of this date, the sections of floor I applied it to, look great.Such a shame, could be a great solution to stained grout IF the Manufacturer changes the method of application.

It was driedout. Even wet the tip but nothing would come out.

Don't know if it works or not since it won't dispense any fluid. Cannot return item since free return place is over 45 miles from where I live.
