AMAZING, made easy for younger folks!
I REALLY enjoyed this book. I haven’t read since high school and I fully read this book so that’s already a start. As a military member transitioning to my old life, this is extremely helpful and gives me even more motivation/dedication on where to start once I get out (I’m probably going to start before I get out)

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, PAIR is your morning coffee
On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Passive Income, Aggressive Retirement by Rachel Richards is your morning coffee. For most, coffee is an essential start to the day, and it makes everything go so much smoother.Rachel Richards (@moneyhoneyrachel) decided to write a spunky take on becoming financially independent, and she shares how she did it before she was thirty. Relying heavily on her own experience while tagging in individuals with interviews about their own journey in different areas helps to flesh out the pros and cons of different types of passive income from coin-slot machines to real estate rentals. Finances don't have to be boring, and Rachel is out to show you that.By purchasing Rachel's book on finances, I became a part of her passive income, and I'm not sorry. I'd pay that $2.99 again for her discounted eBook on finances because this was one of the easiest reads I've ever read on finances. She made it fun, and Rachel broke down the math in a way that was simple. While this book offers an overview, it's helpful because it's a starting point for pursuing other avenues of passive income. If you're looking to increase your income but you aren't sure where to start, I suggest downloading Passive Income, Aggressive Retirement today. Rachel writes in such an upbeat way that finances became seriously interesting to me. Thanks, Rachel!!

This has become my Go-TO Book!!!
I started searching on YOUTUBE for ways to create passive income. Needless to say there is a lot of content out there on this subject. I wanted a book to help me and use as a guide without having to watch a ton of videos. I searched on Amazon and came across this amazing book. I don't typically read a ton of books but I found this to be very interesting. This book isn't just for millennials. I am 45 (Gen X) and found this to be very helpful. There are a lot of gold nuggets in this book. If you are looking to take action then this book is a great start. I love the flow of the book and how things are set up. She keeps the book fun, hip and cool. With the information, I was able to quickly decide what I wanted to do and things I wanted to eliminate. I have already reached out to a few of the individuals mentioned in the book. And these people are REAL and willing to help me with my journey to creating passive income. So not only does this book have great content, Rachel included mentors that could help you!!!Someone mentioned in the comment section that Rachel doesn't mention the RISK. She does mention that this book could have been longer but decided to keep it simple. If you are serious about creating passive income then you are going to have to do some extensive research and budgeting in order to be successful. So depending on what business model you decide on, you have to factor in time, budget, logistics and risk. This book is a perfect guide and start. It has become my "GO-TO" book. Thanks Rach!

Gives you the runway for ideas that you've always had
PIAR is a great follow-up to Money Honey, Richards' first book. Money Honey gets your feet under you on basic money questions about budgeting and investing. After reading it, I'm sure that many readers were wondering how to make their savings look better by boosting their income. If you're in debt, simply have nothing saved for emergencies, or live paycheck to paycheck, PIAR is a resource to get you out.Richards discusses five different types of passive income: royalties, portfolio income, coin-operated machines, ads or ecommerce, and rental income. It's important to note that other than finding a $100 bill on the sidewalk there's not really a passive income source. That said, I could imagine each of these options fitting well into someone's life with little extra effort. Richards makes a distinction between upfront investment and maintenance. Once you have a book published, for example, then you are in good shape for making consistent income from its sale through royalties afterwards.I have two further notes. First, I am worried about if there is enough runway. The sections that I was most excited for on ecommerce didn't give me as much detail as I would have liked. Second, I want to know more about HSAs and lowering my taxable income. Both of these notes, however, reflect my own preferences and I shouldn't be surprised that a book on passive income didn't cover HSAs!If you are interested in starting passive income, but don't know where to start, then this is the place for you! If you have an idea already, it may be better to find something that targets that area specifically. Still, I learned a lot and have new ideas from reading PIAR.This voluntary review is based on a complimentary pre-release copy, but I bought two more for my family!

interesting book
Great overview of different ways of making passive income with analysis of pros and cons. For more specific research on a specific way to make a certain type of passive income, more research has to be done by the reader.

My Bible
I loved the straightforward way that Rachel explains things. I'm based outside the US but that doesn't matter. The strategies work for me and I just double check things like taxation in my country.I read the book in one sitting then went back with pen and paper to make notes. Whenever I need to give myself a pep talk, I dip back into 'my bible' !
