Looks and works exactly as described
This tool isn’t something I will use on a regular basis but it is really well made and works well. There are several different vibration settings and it has a cool mist that blows out. The blue light looks really cool and helps you see exactly what it is pulling out. If you are wanting the full facial spa experience this tool is it!My biggest complaint is the instructions aren’t super in depth. It is mostly pictures ,which I like, but the steps were all one sentence and simple. After looking up a few videos on it I was good to go.Overall, I think this is a great option if you’re looking for a tool like this. I will say it’s not the most relaxing experience and hurts at times when it pushes stuff out of your pores, but it works well and has a long battery life :)

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do
It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, so I gave 5 stars. However... It makes a very loud beep when you turn it on and switch between functions. The water mist seems like a good idea, but it’s kind of messy. Great for home use... If you are purchasing for use in facials, this isn’t it!

Difficult to use and messy
I wanted to like this as the packaging and presentation etc. of this is great. The issue is that it is difficult to use and i am not seeing any real results. If you have ever taken and electric toothbrush out of your mouth while its still going (and covered in toothpaste)... that is what this is like when your face is wet etc.

Very messy
Returned item bc I couldn't use this on clients. Got for the nanomist feature (bc you're supposed to use these wet, NOT dry. Figured it would make things even easier) but quickly found out it was like a SPRAY and wayyyy messy. I may have considered keeping if I was just using at home but my clients would never tolerate that.A shame bc this looks SO sleek and beautiful. I really wanted to love it.

Needs better directions
For one that has never used anything like this on the face before, the instruction guide enclosed in the box was a bit confusing/lacking. With some reservation, I just went for it but I wish I would’ve looked on Amazon since it does explain/show a little more. I did not realize the “nutrition” mode cleans the face with negative ion because the instruction booklet doesn’t say that. It also does not say to clean your face after and apply a mask. So I didn’t do that either. I just put some water on it and applied a heavier moisturizer. The booklet indicated to put on face oil before treatment, so I added a few drops of pure squalane oil before I started the process. I had to add a little more in the middle of my treatment. I made sure to add distilled water to the water reservoir. The treatment itself was very satisfying. I could definitely see dead skin, as well as stuff coming out of my pores. It wasn’t super effective, but it was also my first time using it. I think next time will be even better. The one warning I can give for older, aging skin is to be careful of broken capillaries. I am 51 and I have to watch for that as my skin thins. I almost wondered if that was happening a couple of times, but they could’ve already been there from other treatment tools. I just made extra sure I was using it correctly and not pressing too hard. I do tend to be heavy handed. The skin scrubber is sleek & modern looking. I had a hard time getting the charger in the device. I did not want to break it so I fidgeted with it for a while, finally got it & it charged fine. Hopefully it’ll hold up over time.Overall, I am impressed with this gadget, and I will definitely use it again and again. I need to get the hang of it better so the jury is still out on if it makes a longer term difference on my skin or not. I will probably come back to edit my review after I’ve used it several more times. I do think it would be difficult to hurt yourself with this, so don’t worry about that.

Face looks smoother
Easy to use, cleanses the face well. Gently scrapes the skin and provides a more even finish for serums and makeup. My face looks brighter and pores look smaller. Easy to use with 3 settings. I have sensitive skin so I started the application process lightly to ensure I would not irritate my skin. I use this weekly to ensure I have a smooth face for the week.

Learning curve?
I watched a couple tutorial videos and read other helpful reviews, in addition to the provided instruction manual. Honestly, I felt a bit overwhelmed, but I finally decided to 'just do it.' I didn't seem to get much gunk, so I probably need more practice and to watch more videos. The corners seem to reach the nose grooves quite well; the mist is cool and seems, to me, to provide a good amount of moisture but I'm possibly wrong about that, given all the advice about the amount of hydration needed; the device looks sleek and I think is easy enough to hold. But I definitely need more experience and more soaking in of information!

Works, but messy
The over all tool looks amazing, sleek, and clean. Easy to use and has a versatility of modes and ways to use it. This is fairly messy with a mist- however I did find that you need water to at least get started with, and then the mess comes! Works decently and does a fairly good job, just be prepared for a misty mess once finished.
