Great for after bariatric surgery
Amazing for after bariatric surgery!Was recommended this by my dietician and so far my levels are high. Just one little spray on the inside of the mouth in the morning. Very simple to use.I have purchased a few times now due to needing to use.These come in various strengths so you can buy which you need.Will gladly keep repurchasing when needed

good stuff.. note these are single dose/1 spray and high dose so don't over do it..they suit me well

Quick and effective non pill spray delivery
Bought this high dose to boost my levels before I move to the lower dose to maintain over winter. Spray under the tongue and it's absorbed to be the blood stream quickly. Doesn't taste chemically and the mint is subtle, bit overpowering or nippy. No need to continue with high dose long term, unless perhaps you have lots of melatonin or zero sunlight. Vitamin D supplement is recommended daily for everyone in the UK.
