Mens Athletic Shorts 2-in-1 Gym Workout Running 7'' Shorts with Towel Loop

I run / walk almost every day. I like the comfort and support of spandex as well a traditional mid length mens short. I have bought several pairs of these shorts as I really like the way they fit, perform and the quality.These OEBLD shorts have a normal mens short look from the outside, but underneath the outer short is a comfortable spandex liner that offers a snug and secure feel for walking / running. The phone slot on the side of the right leg is really nice as I no longer have to carry phone in hand as I used to drop my iPhone 11 a lot :).One other great quality is how they respond to the washing machine. I have had other running shorts where the front ties would either get tangled in other laundry items or they would recede into the short forcing me to dig it out with a safety pin.The OEBLD shorts have a thicker more sturdy tie with a high quality rubber end that never tangles in the wash and I have never had to dig out the tie string.They have kept their color after dozens of washings and sweating and the spandex does not over stretch, remaining a nice snug fit after 100s of workouts.

I like the softness and comfort for bike riding.

The shorts are comfortable, but they are on the shorter side. Above the knee.

The actual length of the shorts are pretty short but the compression tights make up for it. I'm 186cm and the size i bought fits snug. The compression tights come up to my knees, just enough to show off the teardrop - vastus medialis muscle. This was a true pain point for me and now I'm thrilled! All other shorts ive worn ride up my leg while doing certain exercises and expose my (amazing) developing quads.

The actual shorts are fairly short. I know it says the measurements, but I didn't get out the ruler and measure my old shorts. The inner lining is longer, which makes them fine. I put my hand into the cellphone pocket stitched into the liner and the bottom seam instantly tore. These aren't bad, but I am not feeling confident that they will hold up very well. I doubt I'd buy them again.

These shorts have been a favorite since I got them, and I now have several pairs. Not expensive and definitely like the compression under the shorts (combined as one). The side pockets are great along with the small zippered one on the back right. The compression pocket is good too if you use it.

Pretty good gym shorts. Very comfy. Seems like all gym shorts are 40+ dollars a pair nowadays. Got two for that price. The built in compression shirt isn’t too tight nor too loose. Happy with my purchase.
