We love this Pat'e - Could not believe the price! Bought it a second time and purchased 2 of them!Great flavor.

These more affordable pate like products from Eastern Europe all seem to have the consistency of toothpaste or pudding. The available U.S. canned product is liverwurst, not true pate. The best fairly affordable product is Pate de Compagne which comes in a boxed thick slice at Whole Foods.

This product is made with pork liver and milk from Croatia. I really wonder how this is able to be sold here in the USA? It does have a lot of sodium for preservative.

Some customers ask how can this be sold in the USA since its made in Croatia???? What's that even mean? So many products comefrom foreign countries ? Olive oil from Spain, Italy etc ?Croatia is in Europe, not Mars.The writer criticises this product and then asks if it's high in sodium? If they purchased it, they would know.

Flavor is very subtle and it’s more of a whipped texture. I prefer the henaff brand. I’d rate this a 3.2 and henaff pork pate 4.1

Good flavor and mix with little butter and put cracked.
