I like the product, but nearly €40 a month for electrolytes is expensive

As someone who’s been living the low carb ketogenic lifestyle for 5 years and has now moved on to a carnivore diet/way of eating, these electrolytes are vital. So far they seem to be doing me a lot of good. I normally take these before working out and I think they’re doing good. But maybe I would’ve preferred non flavoured electrolytes? In saying that though, the flavour from these electrolytes are very light. For now I would definitely recommend these anyone who’s on a ketogenic, ketovore or carnivore diet. But please also continue to drink your salted water daily.

As a sufferer of a mild form of Addison's disease, I need to top up my salt and minerals regularly, especially when exercising. This does the trick to prevent hypokalemia or hyponatremia and I love the citrusy taste. It brightens up any herbal tea and is also fine to squirt into the back of the throat if I need a quick boost. The only downside is it's quite expensive.
