My son loves it and is not heavy

My daughter was always looking at the giant stuffies at the store whenever we would go out so I decided to finally surprise her with one on Christmas. The look on her face when she walked out and saw it sitting on the couch was worth every penny! It is definitely a huge bear so it does tend to get in the way sometimes but it's worth it. My kiddo basically uses it as a big body pillow every night to sleep which is super cute. I personally love that the stuffing can easily be removed so that the bear can be washed without taking up a whole load of laundry or getting deformed every time. Some reviews mentioned getting extra stuffing to make it even fuller but I found that to be unnecessary for my taste. I was happy with the look as is. The legs are a bit longer than I expected but that did not bother me at all. It is also very soft. So overall, even though it gets in the way a bit, I am very happy with it.

Got this bear as a gift for my son's friend. It arrived in a very small package compared to it's listed size (the actual, final size just being a few inches shorter than the description listed). That's because the package was vacuum sealed to really compress the product. Smart shipping (which was lightning fast by the way), but not great when you unpack it. Initially the bear felt very flat with no stuffing at all in the leg or arm joints. However, it came with a small instruction card which said to open the bear via a zipper in the back and then remove the stuffing and sort of fluff it up by hand. After doing this the bear felt full and much more like a fun stuffed animal. I didn't realize I'd have to put a bit of work in to make it nice, so you should know that, but it's only a few minutes of time and really makes all the difference. Know you'll have to do the same if you order one of these. It won't be something you could ship to someone else and have it arrive as feeling usable upon opening. Especially a kid. So if you do get this for a kid and send it rather than get it yourself first, just make sure they know the initial state of the bear is going to look off, but is entirely recoverable.The bear itself is okay quality, not amazing, but okay for an affordable kid's birthday present and definitely for the price. In my case my son really wanted to give a giant teddy bear to his friend, but most of them cost what I'd consider to be an unreasonable amount for a child's birthday present (at least for one kid to give to another). This was a great alternative and given that stuffed animals so frequently become shelf pieces it feels like a great option. I'd buy it again under similar circumstances.

Soft, fluffy, big hit with the little kids.Couple things to note. It comes in compacted in a box - so be prepped to get to work fluffing it up. If you are looking for a gift to just pop out of the box and say done, this is not for you. Tip - goes way faster with two people, one to hold the bear the other to fluff.There was a smell when taking it out of the box, but it did disappear after it was out and fluffing was under way.We have had our original bear for 3 years now and our second bear for 6months. Both, yes even the 3yr old one is holding up great - usually toys/dolls/stuffed animals don't live that long at our house, but both have held up great under the pressure of 2 kids under the age of 4. Our oldest has had her big bear for a few years now, and still loves it. 2nd one we ordered in a different colour for our youngest who was starting to get interested in her sib's bear, this one did not disappoint either. For the price, and the quality of the product (the ones I received) I would recommend this to anyone with small children, it's a toy that can grow with them.
