I bought this after much skeptism. I am a hair stylist and while I live new innovations some of them are to good to be true. When it arrived there wasn't much instruction to it. I plugged it in and let it get warm. After it was heated I ran the brush in section throughout my hair. I saw not change. However with so many years of being in the business I have had every hairstyle and matching color to go with it that you can think of. Which means my hair is not of normal texture or porosity. I handed the brush over to my daughter who has gorgeous shiny virgin hair and it worked beautifully. For us the end result was what shape your hair was in. If you have chemically treated or damaged hair probably not the best tool.

This straightener has changed my life. I have really thick hair so straightening my hair with a traditional flat iron takes forever (I have to do it in sections). I'm talking like 20-30 minutes. Using this on its own isn't enough because it's not really possible to curl the ends under. They actually look pretty bad. BUT, also using a flat iron after using this to smooth out the ends looks fantastic.With the double dose of heat my hair was starting to get a little damaged, so I started using coconut water on just the ends and voila! Beautiful, silky styled hair! And in 10 minutes or less!!

I really like this straightener, it has really worked great with my hair. my hair is naturally wavy, long and thick and I would spend over an hour straightning my hair with my flat iron straightener. This takes me half the time. I really like the adjustable temperature setting on this. I like I can set it on a lower temp when I just wanna touch up my hair and not burn my hair up. I also like that it come with a glove so I'm not burning my hand when I use the brush. It's defiantly a great product.

I ordered this product to try and replace my flat iron. I have used this product a couple of times, and I had to get out my flat iron, did not do the job for me. I have very thick hair. Maybe would work better on thin hair. Not to pleased with the overall results. Really not worth the money that I paid for this.

I am really surprised that this even worked! My hair is so naturally thick and wavy that I knew for sure I was wasting my money. I was wrong! This brush works way better than a straightener and takes much less time and effort! I am really impressed with the quality of this item. Money well spent.

Doesn't work as well as my flat iron leaves my hair way frizzy & still wavy.. but I have massive thick super natural curly hair and it takes 2 hours to regular flat iron at the minimum! I like it but I'm not completely sold on it! The buttons are also located in the spot where your thumb lays & it's hard not to accidentally turn it off every 10 seconds!

I wanted one of these for as long as they have been out. Ordered one that was supposed to be barely used and it arrived and did not work at all. Am returning and will probably buy another one.

I have straight, fine hair and my daughter has thick, wavy hair. The brush bristles yanked and pulled out strands of our when we tried to use it. This product was a bust for us.
