Seems to work really well when riding a Peloton bike. I have not tried it for yoga yet. Slightly sweaty but I like them all the same.I think some other reviewers have pointed out lack of wrist adjustments and difficulty pulling them off.My pair has solved both of these problems. There is a velcro adjustable strap for the wrist. There are also barely noticeable finger tabs that can be grabbed with the tips of the opposing hand and used to easily remove the gloves.

The padding in the palm is great but the wrist part wraps the wrong way. So you have to put them on then wrap them then adjust them then rewrap OR have someone else wrap them for you. And the “supposed” gripper part of the palm actually makes it more slippery. It’s annoying.Wish I hadn’t purchased these. A lot of money for nothing.

These gloves give excellent wrist support for planks, down-dogs and any pose on your arms. Love them! Got two pairs so I can wear one while I'm washing the other. (They do hold quite a dirty-leather odor if you don't wash them regularly. I wash them in the machine on cold and hang to dry)

I bought the large, but the large is too small, if you have sore hands on the width of your hands around the knuckles, take a bigger size.

I just signed up for yoga teacher training and was worried about my arthritis in my right thumb. These gloves have completely taken the pressure off of that part of my hand. I especially feel/appreciate the padding in downward dog. Thank you!! I printed out the sample page to determine which size to buy and was surprised when it recommended purchasing size small. I feel that my hands are bigger than most. It was the right call! Instructions said to 'buy down a size if you're on the border' and I'm glad I did. Great product!!

I've tried so many different gloves to use in Pilates I have arthritis in my hands. No other gloves relieved the pain. The padding is substantial and very thick at the base of the hand.
