Fit perfectly and my apple pencil still charges when it's on the holder next to my ipad. I also love that is sort of disguises the iPad to look like a regular composition notebook. Had it for about a year and has held up really well. Even wrote my name on the front in sharpie and it's held true.

A Cover to Concern
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's not an average iPad cover. You have to look twice to recognize it as such. The color is also a great shade of blue.Value for money:It's very inexpensive. I had a similar previously that lasted several years.Functionality:It protects my iPad from accidental drops.
