Q: Can this be used by left handers?

It writes with any hand but if you want it to write smooth before you use it. write on a bit of fine sand paper just a few words will make the nib learn your way of writing . I have used this with all the pens I have and it as always worked hope this helps

Q: How to replace the nibs?

It comes supplied with 5 replacement Nibs, as I'm sure you have spotted. Further to those, there are no replacement Nibs for sale. It looks like you would have to purchase a whole new set, which at this price, is very reasonable, and you would get everything replaced, as new, at the same time. You would get a while new fresh quill, and ink, as well as five more Nibs.
