Amazing Vest
I love my Carhartt vest. It's very comfortable and keeps me warm! The quality is also amazing I used it for work as a carpenter in concrete and framing. The vest is extremely oversized. I use XL for my T-Shirts, and I had to order my vest in size M and fits great. I'm 5'10 and 220lbs.

Carhart is the way to go.
Don't listen to Amazon's recommendations on size. You need to size down one from what you would normally wear.XL and tall!Great vest. Fits especially well. Looking forward to cooler weather!

Last Long
My husband loves the quality. Says it's the best one he's had yet.

I mean, it's a Carhartt! Always fabulous.
My husband has like 10 of these. Some in various colors, and some two of the same, so he can wear it while the other washes. 😂Carhartt always provides too notch quality clothing. My husband struggles to find clothing that he likes, because he is very tall and slender. He does t like things to be TOO baggy, but wants them to be long enough.Their sizing is best for him! It is truly waterproof, and very comfortable. The zipper slides smoothly, and material is thick and warm while he's working out in the cold.

Love it
My husband LOVES his. He looks very handsome in it too. Amazing quality, as is the norm with Carhartt. He wore it to Boston at Christmas and was warm with just it and a hoodie

Stylish & Durable
Fit & quality as expected. Durable material, good fit, nice heavy-duty zipper. Looks great with hoodies to provide an extra layer of warmth to the core.

Love the pockets. Is NOT "oversized".
This is the second Carhartt vest I purchased, with the first one being a bit small. Had to exchange it. I took too many reviews here literally and figured I should order one size smaller than I normally wear.Wrong. The first one fit okay through the chest but not so much through the midsection. If you usually wear 2XL AND are a bit on the portly side like me, consider ignoring the "larger than I expected" comments—get the 2XL, not the XL.This vest seems built to last and kudos to the manufacturer for not skimping on pockets. Far too much clothing for men is made with too few pockets. (Do people who design clothing ever actually bother wearing it?)If I had any request to the manufacturer pocket-wise, it would be that they locate the two interior pockets a bit higher up so that they can be deeper.I agree with some reviewers who wish the central zipper were a bit more robust. You might need to be a bit careful with it.It's warm, not at all flimsy, and feels solid. When it's zipped up, the collar (being a bit higher than on some vests) will help keep your neck warm.Generally: Thumbs up.
