These therapy games are a great way to engage teens and encourage open dialogue. The questions range from light and fun to thoughtful and reflective, which makes them versatile for different moods and settings. They've helped create a safe space for teens to express themselves without feeling pressured. The cards are well-designed and easy to use. I do wish there were a bit more cultural variety in some of the prompts, but overall, this is a valuable resource I'll keep using.

I buy a ton of books and don’t often leave reviews, but this is probably one of the most useful books I have ever purchased. I work with high schoolers and I need small group activities that are meaningful & engaging (and not cringey). This book delivers page after page of usable activities with time estimates, materials needed, and a walk through of the activity with followup questions and ways to extend the activity. It’s divided into categories (SEL needs), and there is no extra fluff. Just tool after useful tool. Love it!

There are a lot of helpful ideas and approaches to sessions in this book! However, one aspect that is hindering me being able to take full advantage of the ideas and implement them is that they’re all written for a group structure. If the title or book description indicated use for groups I would have gone with a different book. However nowhere in the title, cover page or book description on Amazon does it indicate for group.

This has been a great tool to use! I'm a middle school school-based therapist and this has been so helpful. Games can be customized to cater to each individual or group. I love how the book is divided by topics.

Used these in my therapy classroom! Definitely worth the purchase!

I bought this to help teach my intro to psychology course and the activities in it are a huge hit. They are easy to execute and there’s a ton of them so you can really tailor it to your population

Haven't used this much. It's not super unique

This book has so many great ideas for activities and is easily organized by category. A lot of the activities work best for groups but can be modified for individual.
