I've always bought capsules, so this powder is easy instead of emptying many capsules! The product gels up and works well, soothing acid reflux when I eat something that isn't wanting to digest well. I mix a heaping spoonful into room temp water, maybe a 1/3 cup, stir at bit until mostly dissolved, and drink quickly. Soothes in less than 20 minutes. I've dosed again in an hour for extra gel in the gut.

This is an excellent product that my nutritionist put me on to treat a nagging side ache I've been having...most likely due to some intestinal problem... I'm waiting on test results. When the pain flares up it can be quite uncomfortable and taking this product gives great relief...it works fast, too.

The taste and texture of this is so thick and bad that we can't take it. There are so many tastier products available with slippery elm That dissolve better I don't understand why you would want this one over them. Total waste of money.

This slippery elm bark powder is the best by far. It is easy to drink when you dissolve a teaspoon in warm water. It has practically cured the GERD and colitis I suffered after a drug resistant infection required hospitalization, surgery and long term antibiotic therapy that really messed up my guts. The slippery elm can really heal a damaged gastrointestinal tract. I have purchased cheaper bulk and capsules but have not found a better brand than this one.

This doesn’t have any flavor but it does make the water thicker. It’s very good for my stomach as I have several ulcers and stomach pain. I use this in combination with DGL powder recommended by my doc.

I take this powder two hours before meals. So far it is working well for my problem with acid reflux. There is a strong smell of Chinese herbs. I mix it with juice so the smell or taste won’t bother me. I hesitated when I first opened the container because the color of the powder is NOT the yellow color in the picture on Amazon. It is more like a clay dirt color.

This product is fast acting and quite effective. Highly recommend!!
