Perfect way to spruce up a cake.
I got this for my son's cake. The only part I didn't use was the balloon. I was afraid it would pop, due to the heat from the candles. Otherwise, item is as described and looked nice on his cake.

Cheap stars
I did not love this product. The Happy Birthday writing is very pretty but on the small side and pretty thin. The stars were the worst part for me. They are basically toothpicks with paper stars at the end. Not even a nice, thick cardstock paper.

Flimsy
The sticks had to be glued to the paper again before use. The black birthday sign broke immediately upon inserting into the cake. The straw to hold the balloon was bent. Wouldn’t recommend because it’s just not well made at all.
