This product was amazing. Amazing quality, clear step by step instructions, incredible price 146.99.I got this for our large cavalier ( she is tall & weighs 28lbs). This playpen will be used for her puppies. Right now she loves going in and having a quiet place to sleep away for our other cavaliers. Very open. Love the tray bottom makes for easy cleanup from puppies, also catches hair. I highly recommend this product. Also, don't let the red/ black discourage you it actually looks like a dark bronze/ dark brown. I love it and so does our dogs.

I love these Crates they are very sturdy easy to assemble no tools needed they come with everything you need to put them together. Takes a minute for the older dogs to get used to them and want to go in them but change is hard sometimes and these crates look like jail cells but in a good way way better then the flimsy wire crates that are out there

Even when the parts are properly tightened, the kennel rattles and makes an awful racket.I would have tried to do a return in April of it weren't too bulky and heavy to package.The coating also shows scratches and rust easily.

Good crate but seems to always come damaged & sometimes damaged badly. However, all you have to do is send pictures of damaged panels & replacements will be sent to you.Nonetheless, the replacement panels might be damaged as well. It seems the quality control is lacking before crates &/ or replacement panels are shipped out.Furthermore, all the stock locks need to be switched out from the start because you'll have to change them anyway. After all, the locks it comes with are worthless basically.With that said, just buy a couple of 2 packs of slide bolt locks off Amazon & replace the stock locks with 4 slide bolt locks & the locks will work perfectly & the dog will never be able to open the crateThis crate is a fixer-upper but once you receive undamaged replacement panels if needed & you upgrade the locks to 4 slide bolt locks. The space between bars is 1.5" which makes it quality & sturdyI would recommend this crate & I would buy it again. However, the company needs to get some kind of quality control before they ship these out & when they ship out replacement panels for damaged panels out of the box. It's kind of annoying to get a replacement panel that's damaged as well out of the box when you are buying an over $200 steel dog crate to look like a quality piece of furniture.The quality control of these people doesn't deserve 5 starsAgain this is a fixer-upper steel crate that needs the locks upgraded from the very beginning because you will end up having to change the stock locks.This is more of a crate for a dog that is already crate trainedI think it's an awesome crate. After you upgrade the locks anyhow.Once the 4 slide bolt locks are in place of; junk worthless, stock locks It comes with anyway.

Crate arrived in decent packaging with q couple bangs which is expected with shipment. But the frame was a little bent but was still able to put it together. It still functioned as needed. We bought this crate because our dog has seperation anxiety and busts out of your standard crate, and airline crates. And has managed to figure out how to undeadbolt and open doors. We figured this was a suitable crate to contain him. Boy were we wrong! Little did i know the whole framing of this crate was hollow which means once it bends car enough it will eventually break. Which is what my dog has done. Granite the lock latches hold up very well. But now i have a very expensive crate that my dog has managed to break the bars off from bending (which i was under the assumption wasnt possible with this crate) and i am now having to do research on how to fix and reinforce to contain him while we are awayor spend hundreds more money on a "sturdier" crate if thats possible. I do not believe this crate is worth what i paid. I am attaching picture of what my dog has done you can see the space where he pulled the bar straight off and where he has been chewing/scratching to get out. And of my dog for reference.

Sturdy,easy to clean and escape proof,so far.Small problem with stripped screws but that was easily fixed with better screws.If you have a destructive baby like me,three wire cages in a year and a half,spend the money and rest easy.

This kennel is amazing and looks nice and sleek. My big dog was a hudini when it came to the regular wire kennels. This one he does not break out of and has plenty of room. I like that it has wheels to easily move. The tray comes out for easy cleaning. Easy to put together. Heavy duty, sleek looking material.
