sturdy shelf, assembly is confusing but easy.
These marks must be aligned when fitting the tubes to the little nipple connector. If they are not, the tubes are difficult to pound together. I also wiped lubricant on the end of each tube and they were easier to put together. LOL, I used my Pam spray. You just need a very small amount on a paper towel. Also My fingers were not strong enough to snap the shelves together so I used the pliers to snap them. The shelves snap in. Pull the tubes over to fit the shelves. Watch the video. I am pleased with the sturdiness of this unit.

Easy to assemble, but need a rubber mallet.
I really enjoyed putting this unit together and it was relatively easy to do, but it did require some strength and a timber mallet. It works great in my closet as a cleaning supply rack. I would recommend this unit.

It’s fine, get it.
My wife asked me to buy her these two shelves when I asked her for Mother’s Day gift ideas. Of course that meant I would have to put them together, which I am perfectly capable of but hate doing. When they arrived, I was initially frustrated by the sheer number of little pieces and there was a diagram and parts list included but no actual instructions. So I went about my normal process which was to get all the parts out of the box and ensure I had all of them which I did.Next, I followed the diagram and put the base shelf together and attached the shelf above it. This took me about 4 minutes to do. It then dawned on me that the rest of the assembly is exactly the same as I did with that shelf.Next I quite literally put down the diagram and assembled the rest based on how I assembled the base. It could not have been simpler. Took about 40-45 minutes tops to put the two units together and was a breeze to do.I didn’t tell my wife I had bought them so I literally snuck downstairs and put them together while she and the kids were watching a movie. I then set them up in the family room with her flowers, card and other gifts when she went to bed. She loved it.Back to the shelves. The unit is very light but the pieces lock together fully which makes it pretty stable. I’m sure as long as you set it against a wall and don’t overload it, I think it will serve you dutifully. It’s certainly more utilitarian than it is ornamental so it’s not likely something you are going to put in your living room. But for the price, I think it’s a cool little shelf.Lastly, I will say that you do need to apply a fair amount of pressure to some of the pieces in order to get them to lock firmly into place. This may be a challenge for some, especially ladies. For example, I had to place a few of the poles on the ground and put my weight on them to get those final few centimeters locked in together. I certainly don’t think my wife would like to do this so that is something to be mindful of. But that’s truly it.Bottom line is this is a simple unit that requires no tools and can be snapped together in about 20-30 minutes tops.

Absolute crap.
Wow. Someone found a way to make plastic shelving insanely difficult to put together. 1) make dozens and dozens of small parts 2) provide NO instructions 3) include a ^&*( hammer? 4) tell purchaser if they make an error it cannot be corrected, and to watch a %^&* video that is insanely long, not verbal, and makes no sense. I bought two, for 80 plus bucks, and I am tossing them into the %^&*( trash. I feel like an idiot, all I wanted was shelves, not a MIT level 100 part assembly process with no chance of success. I can't believe people buy these...back to walmart for simple shelves. Im an hour in and APPARENTLY you must line up non visible lines EVERY TIME, and if you don't, its OVER> jm

Plastic shelves
Even though measurements are shown, very small for the price. Cheap plastic, hard to put together and one wrong move, forget it. Near impossible to correct..

Reasonable price for a functional shelf!
I read the reviews after I purchased this item and by all accounts I have to admit I was a bit disappointed by all the negative reviews on assembly instructions However It took less than 45 minutes to assemble and turned out great!Suggestion for other buyers. Use a rubber mallet to assemble the support brackets but use it gently, the shelf is ABS, NOT STEEL. LOOK at all the pieces BEFORE you put it together to avoid making a mistake.Mine turned out great, easy to assemble and fits in the space I needed it to go, in fact I may order another.Lastly, sadly it’s made in China I prefer to by American but it appears most of Amazon’s products are MADE IN CHINA.

Super sturdy
I wasn't expecting much after all of the garbage racks I have ended up with. This one is super sturdy. Install is a little time consuming, and you need to make sure you pay attention to the orientation of the T connector pieces, but at least there are no screws, bolts, or small parts. You just insert plastic into plastic and pound it in. There is a mallet in the box to help pound the pieces together. Highly recommended.

Stackable and functional... but don't deal with CSR's.........
The media could not be loaded. These are for light weight items. They are not steel shelves... so don't expect them to handle tool boxes and such. I ordered 3 units and made a 6 footer and attached it to the house (wind issues) for stability, made the standard 3 footer, and then a mailbox with the extra pieces. I'm quite pleased with the outcome.Edit add on: I am ecstatic on the "outdoor light-weight" shelving they advertise, and what I have received (I will order more) for my plants... But... the real peeve I have is the lack of included assembly instructions and 'per videos and directives' is the "scare" tactics of improper assembly. It simply appears to be a way out for the manufacturer "NOT" to oblige costumer issues.I initially rated this as a "4" because of the shelving (I love) and also taking into account the earlier appearance of lack of customer care. ( I still love the shelves) But the customer care is actually abhorrent!!! I am now changing my rating to a "2"... I love the product for my needs, but I'm soooooo glad I don't have to deal with the uninterested and unapologetic customer service.I hope you like the product... but I know you will not like their Customer Support!!!!!
