Portable Indoor/Outdoor Lock Box Safe with Key and Combination Access (Black)

I wish I could give this product 10 stars. This is by far the best thing I've bought in years and probably the best Amazon purchase ever. I bought this for a medication safe, I was looking for something that I could carry with me, with a tether I can hook to my bed and something that wasn't electronic (those are very easy to break into no matter how much they cost or are guaranteed). I get several controlled substances and I've had plenty of sticky fingers this last year that has caused me to be unable to walk because I couldn't figure out what was going on. Other safes I had, even keyed only safes would get broken into and I was at the end of my rope. Well this thing is so unbelievably secure this person no longer could gain access, admitted what I was waiting to hear and went into treatment, so it also saved my life and relationship. I couldn't be more thankful. I'm actually going to buy a second one as my medication for narcolepsy is very very controlled and by law I have to show proof of a good safe before they even ship my medicine, after I sent pictures and explained what this safe was and size the one Pharmacy that supplies the medicine is going to recommend this product to any patient that needs help finding one. It fits 4 or 5 pharmacy medication bottles. I have one large size, 3 regular size bottles and Ive been also using it to carry my wallet so I don't have to worry about my purse. It's a lot bigger than you'd think.Also, the biggest reasons I made this purchase originally was 1. The ease in changing the combination, if you think someone saw your combo you can change it in literally 3 seconds... Long enough to push a button choose 3 numbers and push the button again. You can't pop the combo away from the plastic like other small carrying lock boxes....2. This is the biggest thing you need to consider when buying a safe for medication and have sticky fingers. Someone who really wants what you have if given enough time to get into a safe they'll find a way, make sure you don't give them time. This is big enough to sore things in but small enough to attach and hide in anything, but the key is the best part. It has a tumbler key not a basic key which is significantly and I mean significantly harder to pick if not almost impossible for a non skilled locksmith. I have a $150 fireproof sentry safe that was picked and cleaned out in 15 minutes after I left home. This thing would take a lot, special tools and no friggin you tube video showing how.The plastic is almost impossible to break open without use of industrial contractor grade saws.Hope this is helpful because I searched hard for a review like this when I was searching and no one was posting for this purpose

We bought this for travel and it is great. You can fit credit cards, cash and passports in it. It is sturdy and easy to use.

Very smart idea and love the concept! Only complaint and reason for 4 stars is because it does feel a little more cheaply made than expected. If someone REALLY wanted to they could probably bust it open with a tool (obviously not going to try it out so maybe not!) but it’s cute and great size/easy to carry! I most likely will just plan to not leave it in my resort room unattended or perhaps hide it/put it in resort safe. Very easy to use and comes with keys as well as combination.

I've had this in pink for several months now, carrying it everywhere I go, and it looks brand new. I dropped it on concrete one time while carrying groceries and it didn't even scratch it. It is 100% worth the money even though it's a bit expensive at $49. You get what you pay for and this is important to me so I paid for the best one I could find that I could carry. I use it to keep my medications safe and locked up. The dimensions are perfect for something like this. There's no lack of space, in my opinion, with this box. I carry it everywhere and I've only gotten compliments on how awesome it is. Nobody's ever asked "why are you carrying around a safe" they're more like "that's awesome where did you get that?" It's impossible to break into without a passcode or key, even an adult, unless someone stole it and smashed it. I expected it to be much easier to break into but we tried as a test and couldn't do it. So no child could ever get into it and an adult would likely have to use a hammer to break into it. That's how sturdy it is. It comes with 2 keys, if you lose both they will send you an extra one. However, it's easy to keep the extra key in a safe place to not lose both. I added a picture so you can see the size of it compared to a typical water bottle (a pint or .9 FL OZ). It's not too big and not too small. It's an attractive size and if you're buying this to keep medicine safe and away from kids I can say this is perfect for it. I will use it at the beach for my phone, wallet, and keys as well soon. They all fit easily in it.EDIT: So I originally reviewed this item on 1/1/2017. This is an update.4/22/2018 This case is still as new. I get A LOT of compliments on it and questions of where I bought it. There's not a scratch on it, not on the pink not on the lock, not on the keys, not anywhere. It looks brand new. Everything works perfectly. Have I dropped it? Oh yeah. On a variety of hard & soft surfaces. I just wanted to let anyone reading know, nearly a year later and a half later, it's as new. This was absolutely worth the money.

This little safe is perfect for car keys, phone, wallet, etc. I bought this to bring to Mexico to keep my credit cards and keys locked up and secured to my beach chair without constantly having to keep my eyes glued to my chair. I suppose someone could take bolt cutters and cut the wired strap but they would stand out on a beach with bolt cutters. I also brought it to secure to the clothes hanging rod in the closet at our hotel. I kept my passport and other important documents in it, as I had read that people had things stolen from their rooms while absent. I bring it when biking so that I can stop at restaurants or stores or bathroom stops with out having to worry about bringing everything in with me.It's sturdy, has a long wire (18 inches) so it can easily be attached to all kinds of things and is easy to use. It makes going to parks and beaches (pretty much anywhere you go where you feel like you need to hide your keys and valuables) a little less worrisome!I wish they made one bigger so I could fit my dslr in it, I'm very happy with it!

This held quite a bit! I hooked it to the pole in the closet in my hotel in Mexico, and kept it in the safe when I had my passport in it. It was perfect for holding my passport and money!!! Great size and very sturdy. Happy with my purchase

So many fellow travellers asked about this little case. We had our 2 phones, passports, small wallet and room cards in this. Locked to chairs on beach and pool for worry free lounging. Bonus use; if you swing this fully loaded it’s a weapon.

Great purchase for using while on holidays. Able to lock up valuables with key or combination. Lock it up to pool lounger, sliding door, umbrella etc. Make me less worried about loosing $ or my phone when out at the beach or pool.

We bought this to take on a cruise. There were three of us and we had enough space to fit our phones and a wallet. We attached it to a chair at the beach for a little more peace of mind while swimming in the ocean, plus used it at the pools on board to keep phones and our sea passes in. Our son has a little electric wheelchair so this is perfect for him to attach to his chair if he’s out shopping so he doesn’t have to worry about his wallet & phone. The safe has a combination kick, but also keys in case you forget your combo. I’m happy with this purchase and I know we’ll use it a lot.
